EXTREMELY RUDE and not willing to help. I have been trying to order 2 watch phones for my kids. UPS has attempted multiples deliveries while I have not been home to sign amend accept the delivery. I opened a ticket with Verizon to set up a delivery time for after 4pm when someone will be available to sign for the delivery. The next day, UPS still attempted the delivery for when no one was home. I went into this location to hopefully find any help. The person on shift was unwilling to help. Me: I am trying to see if I can possibly just place a new order. Sales rep: no Me: Well is there any way to intercept or change the delivery time? Sales rep: no Me: so.... I have to just let it get it returned? Sales rep: yup Me: so.... UPS can't help me... and you can't help me? I went to Verizon store only to get some information. It would allow me to change my telephone service from Verizon to Consumer Cellular. I was happy to get the information that I thought needed. IThe attendant was very nice and didn't take much time to get this information. Unfortunately, when I went to use the information, I found out that it wasn't enough to change my phone from Verizon to cellular. instead I was required to call Verizon and get another code number, or something like that. Then. With the information Verizon rep said it woud be five days before they could ldo the transfer. So I never did get a transfer. The employees are great but their follow-ups are horrific! They upgraded me with three phones according to my contract. While there, we paid for the upgrades in full but their billing system is F*****D up! Their system is charging me for "FREE" phones AFTER paying for the upgrades in FULL while at the store! They failed to send me a return box in a timely basis so they charged me for the returned phone (uncle died so he no longer needed a phone!). After weeks of trying to get a return box, I finally received an envelope, with no shipping label as promised, so I paid for that too! After confirmation with my tracking number, Verizon wanted to charge me for the no return phone! Their failure isn't a reflection in my part; they charged me for the phone. Upon receiving my return item, I had to argue with them on sending me a refund, they offered me credit on the account. Now they want that refund back and is charging me for the full price of the returned phone! Not paying for something that was free AND returned to them! Watch your bills!!! read more

Great customer service. Ryan was a rock star in clearing my phone after I smart switched my brother's phone when he was hospitalized and then passed away. Not sure how I feel about this place. I've gotten phenomenal service in the past but when against my own desire I ended up upgrading to a new phone I didn't experience the service that would make me want to go back. The manager is the one at fault. This woman has no manners. She doesn't know how to say please and is quite snappy when responding to staff. She was very off-pudding which caught me off-guard because she's a manager. I couldn't get out of the store quick enough. This is a great store I would recommend to my friends. I was assisted by Davida, who helped me to select a case for my phone and applied the screen protector. The store manager, Rami, was also very helpful. An issue had arisen prior, but they worked with senior management to get everything corrected and it turned into a wonderful experience. I came into the Verizon store today because I was having a hard time setting up my new iPhone. I was hoping they could handle it for me (as other employees have for my family and I in the past) but the STORE MANAGER turned me away. He was extremely rude and short with me. I asked him if he could at least show me the first few steps and he walked me through it SO fast, I could hardly keep up. Let me tell you about the wonderful service my family and I received at this location. My mother was switching service from a competitor and joining with my sisters existing line. Now my mom is very vocal about not being tech savvy at all and very frugal. The representative Chandler was very patient, kind, courteous and knowledgeable as he assisted us in setting up the new line. We were also assisted by Mike who was comical and kept us excited while we waited indefinitely on the file transfer from my mom's out dated phone to a new updated one. I come from a customer service background and know first hand how it is to endure an arduous task and keep your spirits up and the customers. I'm more than pleased without their service and commitment to their customers needs. Verizon is very lucky that they have these 2 on their staff representing their brand like that! I would love to see some type of kudos or bonus given to the two for the level of service given from beginning to end! I wish I could do zero or negative stars but unfortunately I can't. So this place gets to have one star. I went into this store to get my son and I a birthday gift and let me tell you something. I dealt with Chandler and he does not know what he is doing. I've asked him numerous times what will be my monthly payment if I got the BOGO deal - buy the latest iPhone and get an XR 64g free. It took over two hours because he thought I wanted 3 phones and had to rewrite the contracts 2 or 3 times. Ok so this is where it gets ridiculous. First of all these bastards told me that I could not use my iPhone 7 Plus as a trade-in to go towards my bill or possibly cash. I spoke to Corporate Verizon and the rep told me that I could use it towards my bill or ask for cash through my PayPal account. These knuckleheads at this store told me that I have to use the credit towards accessories and I couldn't use it towards anything else. So I decided to keep my old phone and they failed to tell me that if I don't use my trade-in allowance for their accessories that I would be charge their Go-Wireless Set-Up fee of $19.95 per phone. Mind you I had to get an additional line to get the XR and got charged twice. Chandler, the so-called new rep who has been there 4 months did nothing but put the SIM cards in the phone and handed it to me. He had assistance from Andy m, store manager, and Davida when he screwed up for signing me up for 3 phones! That's another cluster you know what. I ended up being there for over 2 hours because he had to rewrite the contracts. So let me tell you all something, if the rep does not disclose that they are charging you $19.95 to set your phone up then it is a scam. They tell you that you pay the taxes on the phones upfront but can't tell you why it is above and beyond the taxes they show. I've spoken to Corporate Verizon and they can't control what these people charge you because they are an authorized dealer and have their own fees but never asks you if you want them to set you up or do it yourself. These people will not disclose anything to you. I got charged $19.95 per phone for Chandler to put the SIM card in and hand it to me. That's it! I've gone in to get a refund for this and had to E-mail their district manager Michael P. for him to authorize such refund. Mike, the assistant manager, tried to argue with me on all of this and tried to prove that I was wrong at his very best. Their reps never disclosed that I will be charged $19.95 for each device for them to so-called set up my new phones. I found out tonight after a day later that you have to buy accessories in order to waive this fee. Of course that was never disclosed when I bought my phones. I had an iPhone 7 Plus to trade in and Chandler, Davida and Andy told me that I HAVE TO use the trade-in allowance towards accessories or I cannot trade in my phone. It's "their policy" but again it was a SCAM! I spoke to Corporate Verizon and the rep told me that I could use it towards my bill or ask for that money to be transferred to my PayPal account in cash! Corporate Verizon does not condone this behavior and was very concerned of how they were doing business. In the end I had E-mailed this store's district manager Michael P. and I hope you're listening but only get no response. Thank you Michael P. Your people does not deserve to be called Verizon representatives. I pray that you shut down because of this review. I will never be back at your store for any other Verizon products. RIP OFF!!!! By the way, I have told all my friends in Las Vegas to be aware of this place. CONGRATULATIONS for being the worse Verizon store in Las Vegas!
