I wish I could give them a zero. I ordered the IPhone 16 pro max but honestly last night and it's showing in stock here. I called for an update this morning as it said I should have the order ready within 2 hours (of being open). Now on the phone for almost half an hour and they are saying they can cancel my order and put a new one in for today or I have to wait several days... Because this store wants credit for the order... However I have a special offer that I went through and a trade in and doing this would cost me significantly more. Only hiccup being that they were out of the iPhone 12 charger boxes - they backordered one for me & I picked it up 2 weeks later. Sales representative Christian Coleman tried to scam me . Came in ready to become a new Verizon wireless customer and upgrade my phone I told him from the beginning this was a planned purchase and I had all the accessories at home and I just needed the phone I'm aware that how much you pay to get this all started is contingent on your credit regardless I came prepared to pay whatever I needed to Christian ran my credit and then told me was $250 figured that's what I needed to pay based on what they saw on my credit I said fine then proceeded to tell me that my start up fee included three accessories I didn't need but thinking Verizon was just offering them to me for free I got them Christian tried to avoid giving me the receipt breakdown of the $250 I paid and it turns out I only owed $93 which is the tax on the phone and he had charged me over $150 for accessories I did not need When I brought this to his attention he try to tell me I had no choice and I had to buy accessories in order to walk out of the door with the phone when I asked if he had a policy he could show me and he told me no I asked his coworker who then came over and let me know that Christian was lying essentially , got a PARTIAL refund from the coworker . I would actually give no stars if I could. Initially they where great or so I though. Brandon seemed to answer all questions and be very patient with helping us out. However we where still mislead. Told we would get the buy one get one free for the iPhone and the iPad but apparently it wasn't the deal. Doesn't even exist. I asked questions over and over to make sure I had the information correct. I later returned to the store once I received my bill spoke to Alexander the Manager, he couldn't do anything because he wasn't the one who helped me and Brandon was off. I explained to him the situation took my information and said he would for sure call me the next day. Never got the call and I returned the following week after calling Verizon and them helping me out and telling me there was some odd notes and to go back to the store. Verizon actually helped me out with taking off the activation fee witch Brandon said he would do and Verizon also took off the upgrade fee which I didn't know about. Very much appreciated and why I have stayed with them for over 15 years. Once I got to the store I spoke to Alexander once again. He is very unprofessional and tried to be Mr. Tough guy. Told me I was lying, and he would not honor the deal his associate told me I was getting. Tried to speak over me the whole time and told me he was not the one to come at side ways. That was funny and my point exactly as to why he is unprofessional. When I asked for his managers information he stalled on it, got very upset when I told him to hurry up and give it to me so I could leave again told me I wasn't going to tell him what to do and reminded me he wasn't the one to come at sideways. Once he finally listened he walked with me to the door said he had been trying to help me out the whole time. I told him he didn't do anything and didn't know anything but he was the store manager. This is SUCH a GREAT store!! I was hesitant when I heard "authorized retailer" but they are so much better than the other full Verizon stores I have been to. When I came in to do a trade in William helped me get $280 for my trade in instead of $69 by advising me to get my cracked screen fixed first and bringing the trade in back a few days later. When I came back in there was a wait so I was able to observe Ashley being very friendly and patient to another customer who wasnt so nice to her. William was again a superstar staying 30 min after closing to get my sons phone transferred and walking me through the whole process! We will definitely be back here! read more

Today we went in to the new Verizon store our service team member who took care of us was Ashley, she was awesome super knowledgeable took great care of us.Even though we made her bounce from phone to phone to find the perfect one for son's Christmas gift. The Verizon-Victra store and the employees on N. Decatur Blvd. are fantastic! I was greeted with great big smiles by all associates upon entering the store. Alexander (the store manager) approached me and I told him that I was unable to charge my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. He put a lot of effort into trying to get the phone to charge but nothing worked (I messed up the USB port). I had to get a new phone and he took the time to explain the differences between Samsung and the iPhone to ensure I picked the phone that was right for me. Alexander was very knowledgeable about both phones and plans. He was also very thorough in his answers to mine and my boyfriend's questions (boyfriend showed up later at store cause I'm on his plan) and he asked us questions to make sure our needs were being met. Alexander was extremely attentive and stayed with us the whole time until I was able to make a decision on which phone to purchase. I never felt pressured or rushed even though the store was closing soon. Joe (sales associate) was also fantastic. He was very friendly, and willing to answer any additional questions I had and he was very knowledgeable about the phones and the different plans as well. Kat was also working in the store and she was very friendly, welcoming, and on hand to answer any questions. I called the store sometime after I visited to make sure I had the correct names and positions of the associates who helped me that evening and Ashley answered the phone in a very friendly voice. Ashley was extremely helpful in assisting me with verifying the information I needed and was very helpful answering any other questions I had.
