The customer service from the store is OK. The service that is provided by the company is horrendous! Yes, the smiling salesperson was very helpful. However, I was told that 3 of the 4 local cell towers were undergoing maintenance and would not be fixed for 8 days from now. I can barely connect to the internet via AT&T Internet Air. I wish I never got this service. I should have stayed with Century Link and T-Mobile. I simply can't believe that a big company like AT&T can be this unreliable!!! :-( read more

Tonight I went to this store because my bill was so high and the difference in charges weren't right from what Alan (name tag is Steve but that's probably because he had to change it from fucking up so much). He told me I would pay $15 a month for installments and I got look at my account and it says $27! So another worker tells me it's because Alan's fucked yo ass gave me one with more gb than what i should have got. Mind you while the other guy is explaining a lady walks in asking for her phone that she called in to make sure they had Alan AKA Steve automatically says they don't have it, didn't even go to the back or check just says no and then she says she called so that is when he goes to the back and boom ! It's actually there ! The guy can't even do his fucking job ! So then Alan AKA Steve and I go back and forth because he is telling me that i agreed to that amount when I know I didn't because when I went in there I had said I don't want to pay over a certain amount. He says I'm not going to argue with you so I tell him you shouldn't because you work here, you're supposed to assist me not argue with me. So then the other guy helps me and he's saying sorry for a fuck up Alan AKA Steve did , which I appreciate the 2nd gentelman for that. Then Alan AKA Steve is calling customer service and is trying to get something waived off but doesn't get anything done, he says there is nothing he can do. The only thing is switch my plan to a cheaper one to balance out his fuck up. The other gentleman explains how it would work and everything and before I even say yes he already fucking changed it. I get upset and argue with ALAN AKA STEVE , i proceed to leave because my baby is already upset too and before i even exit the store ALAN is talking shot about me! What kind of workers do they have there !? My husband and I visited this AT&T store today, really needing resolution to an ongoing problem that I was having with my billing/charges every month. I've been a customer for over 20 years, but truthfully, I'd recently been considering leaving and going with another carrier, over this situation. Well, all of that is before we met their customer service rep. Don today, and he not only helped resolve our problem, but he completely FIXED it, and we are also saving over $100 every month now! I say Don deserves a big fat raise, and I think that you should ask for him when you go to this store. Don not only fixed our problem, and set us up to save over $$100 every month (by removing excess lines, extra insurance, applying military discount we deserved, etc) but he genuinely CARED and didn't just shrug this off, or put a band aid on it, etc. Excellent work, and we will remain with AT&T considering the superior service we received from Don today! read more

Ho! Ho! Ho? No, Ha! Ha! HAA! My readers know that I'm all about that customer service, and I've been one at this branch since I moved in our home in 2013. Well guess what? This branch just loss $6000 in cash upgrades today. Yes, $6k. 5 lines. Tear, and tear some more for them. Customer reps need to be more aware, or else money walks out like it did today. OK, so here it goes. I walk in with my wife, one CS on the floor with a customer as we're told to wait. No problem, I'm on a 5 iPhone X mission, so no getting me down. Boy did I speak too soon. Another CS rep comes from the back, and without a greeting, "HI, my name is ???, what can I do for you?" Nope! No greet, just straight to, "what do you need?" Again, oooosaaaah. I tell him we're there to upgrade and it will be all Xs. He asks me the size. I tell him what I'm looking for, and he has 2 of the 5 I am looking for. No problem again, I'll just get the other 3 in 64g. No sweat right? Ha! Have you ever heard of direct TV iPhones? Well that is what these 2 were. Because they are the last 2 256gb iPhone X in the store, in order to purchase them, I would have to sign up for Direct TV. WHAAAT?! And guess what, it's only at this location. That was it, my lid blew. Wife and I livid. No proper customer service, wizardry in order to get iPhone Xs in 256gb, and just a dry and empty representative. An overall dissatisfaction in experiences. After sharing my thoughts, we walked out. In a nutshell, if your looking to upgrade, buy, or exchange a divice, call ahead of time to make sure there are no attachments in order to walk away clean. Don't go here. They only care when making money. Just sat there for 45 min and they helped 4 other people yet I have surgery tomorrow. Then they are selling first net to someone else for between service when I ask for it he tells me it's not better service. But that's what he other guy who he chose to help that came in after me. Ported over 12 lines and the service is awful but they don't care now. Not their problem as much of a headache it will be looks like we need to go back to T-Mobile at least you can make receive call and text messages. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Heads up--This is NOT an actual AT&T store, but a wireless retailer. I would suggest NOT going to this location. We came in 3 times trying to transfer our phones from another company. One of the times we were there for FOUR hours, and still didn't get accomplished what we needed to. We eventually went to an actual AT&T store in Centennial and found out that our new account had been TOTALLY messed up from the Montecito store and we were told a bunch of wrong information. This is a wonderful location to go to if you follow my guidelines below! Be cautious of who helps you at this store, as it will determine if you're receiving a 5 star service or sub-zero service. Below is a short description of a few of the employees I had the opportunity to experience. 1. Abe - 5 star individual. He's a true veteran of the AT&T business and will 100% give you the best help he is able to give. 2. Greg - 5 star individual. He was obviously a little newer than Abe, but had an upbeat and eager attitude to help in any way possible. There were complications on my account (not caused by these by him or Abe), and he worked non-stop for several days to include making calls on his day off to ensure the problem was resolved. Do not hesitate to ask for his assistance! 3. Mina (sp?) - Sub-Zero star individual. I left the overall review of the store at 5 if you seek ANYBODY BUT HER. Rude and snappy to everyone I saw. I was in the store everyday for several days while the complications I had were worked out and got to see this special specimen in her true habitat repeatedly. So far, I've my iphone11 for two weeks now. I have no issues yet. I decided to changed my phone from iphone 7plus to iphone11. When i got to the store there were only two SA's on the floor. I waited for awhile which i didn't mind since i just got off from work. When it was my turned to finally get some assistance, Cecile, the Manager, apologized right away for the wait. I didn't care at all i told her since i just got off from work and nowhere to go afterwards. Anyway, my issue with my old phone was (iphone 7plus) everytime i try to call someone they couldn't hear me on the other end, which was frustrating. I've had the phone for 3 years and already paid for. I told Cecile i just need a reliable phone since nobody couldn't hear me everytime someone calls me. I'm not sure if all the iphones are manufactured like that after a couple years so that eventually you'll have to change your phone and get a new one. Ugh! Which is more frustrating everytime i think about it, especially during this pandemic. Every penny counts. Anyway, when i was at the store I couldn't trade my phone but Cecile told me that AT&T had a promotion going on of $300+ credit with autopay with iphone11. Again, not ideal, but $700+ monthly payment compare to another $1000+ monthly payment for years is better than sticking to my old phone when no one could hear me. Anyway, all in all im happy with the service that was provided and will definitely come back if i have any issues with my phone. read more

Today was different because I never have an issue with transactions or understanding what a staff member tells me. These two clerks need a team building exercises because today was a unpleasant visit. The employee that assisted me didn't care to let me know how much I had on my account. I went in having more money for my bill, which I stated. Instead of giving me 10 dollars back the rest is put on my account without me knowing. After I walked out , I walked right back in for an understanding because this has never happened before. Unfortunately the employee that once helped me couldn't communicate clearly so another employee that was there the whole time hops in the miscommunication. He lets me know (with an slight aggression) about the rest being put on my account is a rollover feature or something of that manner. That's cool and all but having the option to do that or get my change back would have been nice , especially since you have my exact total on your computer screen. Some team building needs to take place at this place because that's not good customer service. read more

Don't fall for their get an iPhone for free scam. We did the deal in December and they still haven't honored their deal. I even called twice to file a "claim" with them and both times they didn't even respond. Still being charged for the phone. And on top of that I called to have my bill lowered and the raised it $30 a month. I called about that as well, they lowered that bill for me but not lower than what I was originally paying. WOW!!! It's amazing that Mina can never help me with issues. It's the second time I have been in there and she says "We don't do that here". Funny thing is the last time she said that I called and ATT told me to go to the store. I had a nice guy at the same location take care of the issue. I was in there a few months ago and he told me to come in to review my plan and make adjustments and Guess what Mina wouldn't let me even get my issue out of my mouth before she told me she could not help me. I think it's ridiculous that not all At&t stores offer gift cards!!! HORRIBLE, and I mean horrible, customer service!! I will absolutely be driving farther if I need anything from AT&T. Truthfully I may just switch to Verizon after this experience - and I've had AT&T for 10 years. Nina, Mina?? was extremely rude, interrupted me, raised her voice at me, and made me ask the same question multiple times before she even listened to what I had to say and answered. Y'all are in the customer service industry!!!! You make commission! The only reason I even came in was because my husband went to a different AT&T, they told him I needed to go get a SIM card, but apparently AT&T doesn't train all of their staff to learn the same information. I looked on the other recent reviews and was not surprised to see that I am not the only person who has had issues with this particular worker. I'm actually wondering if she purposely doesn't wear a name tag so that less people will be able to write reviews like this. I would give zero stars if I could.
