Awful product availability/ customer service. We came to get a new key cut for our car so we would have a spare. Realized they didn't have it in stock after we got there, so they had to order one and asked us to come back. They call about a week later letting us know the key arrived, but the guy cutting it dropped it while cutting it and it wouldn't fit in our ignition. So they had to order more again. We wait another week, come back after they called to tell us that it was finally in... And the only person that was working in that store is not a technician qualified to cut a key, so for the third time we left without the key. We have already paid for the key... and have been waiting almost a month at this point and still don't have the dang key. So frustrating. read more

Two weeks ago a nice customer service helping to order a key fob ; and supposed they will call us to bring the car ; we wait one week and nobody call us , then we called and the person at that moment just said the trailer with the stuff will arrive Tuesday then we wait again nobody call then we call again and the last guy just telling your key fob didn't arrive and if we want a refund . So after two weeks with no attention to the customer comes with it so disappointed . Was wrong instead to call why is the reason the key fob was not here or more information . But to don't be bother him was easy just said you want your refund .I hope the management has an answer and solve this issue read more

Went in there to inquire about a iphone screen repair as they do this there. An older guy actually loudly sighed that we were interrupting his alone time and was SO RUDE. He made it very clear to us that he did not want our business by literally saying "I don't have time for phone repairs today, or ever, I don't know why we even offer this ridiculous service". I replied with WOW, we will go elsewhere" He retorted with more rude behavior. I left the store and sat in my car for a few minutes googling where else I could take my sons phone for repair and all the worker was doing was sitting on his butt eating a sandwich. What a surprise had a dead battery on a iPhone 5S. Called in expecting "no way" long line. Went in great service from all. 1 Hour new battery good price and great service. What can I say this is what we all look for. Good job Battery Plus. read more

Do not get your iPhone screen replaced here!! The quality of products used is not great and you will be left disappointed. Spend the extra $10 and have Apple do it. So my husband droped off his iPhone to have the screen fixed yesterday because it had cracked an broke. He had to leave his phone there all day to come back @ 6 pm to find they said they couldn't fix it that the screws where striped ,mind you this phone has never been fix or touched by any one else an they cover it in tape so now he can't do anything on his phone beside answer in coming call thanks a lot will never use or recommend this store to any one. An they did the same thing to the guys phone behind him in line if you can't fix it then don't try it's as easy as that read more

Oh my gosh - best service ever. iphone was dead and not charging. Guys at Sprint recommended them. They were helpful and friendly. Joe explained everything right down to the detail and was VERY specific about what it might cost. They guarantee their work too! (only the parts they work on obviously - they can't guarantee there isn't another issue or something). Took them less than 1.5hrs to change out the charging port. And reasonable prices too. I went in this store and encountered a young man with a chip on his shoulder. I did not understand what he said when we walked in and asked him to repeat. he was very snarky when he did. I wrote a check and used my passport for ID and he refused to accept it. I recently returned from out of town and my license was in a different bag. He allegedly called the owner, Jeffery Trotter, but continued to tell me he HAD to see my physical license (which by the way does not have my current address). I was even able to tell him my license number and had other ID from my job with the city. I finally asked for my check back and grabbed my passport. I told him apparently they did not want my business. The purchase was $114. They not only lost out on the sale but I will be sure to tell everyone to not go to this store. read more

One of the greatest disappointments ever! I took back a battery that I bought there two years prior because of problems. They said one battery had problems. I left it for repair/replacement. Came back to get it, was told all was good ready to go. It was still faulty nothing had been done but close it up. The person now at the store said he never saw a battery like it despite that it was purchased there. I left it again to be repaired/replaced. After two weeks nothing was done. My wife picked it up, but they did not return the charger. Another trip over there to search for the charger. I wanted to buy 9v rechargeable batteries while there. None in stock so ordered from another source. I received nothing but excuses about a pandemic. When in fact the cause was poor troubleshooting, poor tech knowledge, and bad management. They will likely go out of business like the store on Barry Rd. Sad because the first owner was very skilled and helpful. read more

I went in to inquire about a repair to my 6s Plus. The first woman I spoke with was rude and also scolded my child for touching something harmless near the register. When the store owner, who is also rude, came over, he didn't greet me or welcome me to the store, just shook his head and said my phone had "too many screws and delicate parts" to open it up to make the repair I needed inside (I know what part I need and will just do it myself.) Made me think he doesn't know how to do anything else beyond a simple screen repair, which a monkey could do. He then just stared at me in silence until I picked up my phone and walked out. I suggested on my way out that he could have been more helpful, at least advise me on what to do with my phone since he clearly couldn't make the repair, as advertised. He told me I could "go on down the road, lady" with my opinion. Maybe they both had had a terrible day, but their customer service was sub-par, and I wouldn't go back for a battery after the way I was treated. (After reading other reviews, I see I'm not alone! Also, I don't ever right bad reviews, only good ones. I felt strongly enough about this experience to log on today.) read more

I have been very pleased with the service the four or five times I have shopped here. the employees are friendly and very helpful. Even when the store is busy, their attitude is that I was the only customer that was important. The variety of batteries and lighting is superior and the service is awesome! Went in to get battery for a generator. The woman helping me was VERY rude, and made smart remark about me not knowing that the C13 meant the battery was made in 2013. Every question I asked was met with rude and condesending attitude. The owner of this store should be ashamed to have this person working for him/her. I will not be spending my money at this location again. And will spread the word for al to find another location.. read more

I have come here to replace the screens on my iPhone 5c and now my iPhone 7. With the 5c everything was fine and the screen was almost identical to the original. (I recall no issues. 100% would've recommended) Always fixed within 2 hours. But, with the 7 it's less sensitive and broke within 3 weeks. 2 months after the first replacement (which was $130 after tax) I went to fix it again. THIS time it's unevenly placed on and bottom right corner it's already having sensitivity issues above the regular sensitivity issues. There's an area that's pushed in (the size of a fingerprint) and has a blue hue. I inspected the area they cut the glass to replace my screen and it's uneven all along. (I got it fixed Tuesday. It's Sunday.) Thankfully I paid more for a warranty but since they're out in Liberty I'll have to find a day I can waste 2 hours of my time and my grandparents time so they can fix something that should've never been an issue when I'm paying $130 for a piece of glass!! I do have sympathy for the front workers since they are probably only paid $9 an hour and have to take the brunt of everything when it's the men (joe and someone else) doing the screens. It's still bullshit that I've been having trouble typing this review because they fucked up my screen. read more

EXTREMELY rude service. Some people are saying "go when Joe is working"... Well you know what? I don't know who Joe is or when he works and I shouldn't have to. I have a feeling that person I just dealt with was the owner / manager and if that's the case he deserves to go out of business. ZERO customer service skills. No My husband bought a bulb here and when he took it out of the box at home you could immediately hear it making noise (burnt out or somehow broken on the inside). I went to return and exchange the bulb and this guy asked why. I told him the bulb doesn't work and it's broken. He started shaking the bulb and then said he was "confused" because it sounds like it's broken because someone dropped it. Basically he was implying that my husband dropped the bulb and it broke. I was standing right there so I know that's not what happened. This asshat just didn't want to do an exchange for a burnt out / non working bulb. He did eventually exchange it but he was soooo rude and insulting about it. He accused us of lying and saying the bulb was defective when we actually broke it. (We didn't.) By the way, we came here one other time before and bought a much less expensive bulb which also didn't work. We didn't bother returning that one. I would bet anything he'll put the bulb I just returned back on the shelf and try to sell it again... Hoping the next person won't bother to return it. Just an absolutely horrible xperience all around. We will NEVER come back. read more

shame on me, you get what you pay for. Tried Batteries Plus to replace a motorcycle battery and save about half. Sure enough it does not last a year. Made the 1 1/2 hour round trip to the closest store. Knew their return policy so charged the battery the night before. Arrived at the store and the battery was dead. All as expected until I was told THEY would have to fully charge and retest it and I would either have to wait 6+ hours or come back. Have been buying batteries for vehicles for 30 years and have never had anything like this. They offered nothing to keep a customer and blamed "corporate policy" in tying their hands. Will never use them again and will share my experience with all looking for a quality business. Good thing I was not on the road when this happened. read more

Unfortunately, I will be giving less than one star for the particular location. I too agree whole heartedly that the folks running this store need a good revise on customer service. I cracked the screen on my iphone about a month ago, I found batteries plus did repairs for this so I promptly took it in. An older gentleman, who appears to be the manager, gave me an estimate for $140.00 for the repair. I questioned the estimate based on a mistake on my part about a coupon offered on the website. After that his tone and demeanor with me changed. He rudely asked if I wanted the coupon or not. Yeah, I do, Who wouldn't? And great customer service would be just giving that to the customer since you know its there. It's a 15.00 discount. Not breaking anyones bank but it makes the customer feel like they are getting something. Later on that same day I picked my phone up, repair was great and phone worked. Again, I cracked my screen. I am clumsy and will never deny it. I thought maybe, just maybe the warranty for the previous fix might cover something. So back in I went. I was "greeted" by a young woman who kind of yelled at me when I asked if the warranty covered this. How stupid could I possibly be is the tone in which that was received in. She rolled her eyes and said she would go get the older gentleman. He came out and told me the warranty would not cover this, in a rude and condescending nature. I'm not upset the warranty wouldn't cover my hard wear and tear on my phones. It's 100% the customer service in which I was given both times. I don't need attitude, I get that from my husband about the phones. Heck, this guy didn't even try to upsell me on getting it fixed again. That's probably the worse upsell in the history of upsells. That's how much this store lacks in valuing a customer. I do recognize excellent and horrible customer service. I train employees in that specific area for a major leading area hospital. These folks need a real lesson in the value of a smile and friendly demeanor. Here's my advice for you- go the extra mile for your customers, it's never crowded. Personally, I won't ever return to this or any other batteries plus. I think corporate should be aware of this ongoing issue but I don't have to spend my money here, in fact nobody does. read more
