If I could give this place 0 I would, I encountered the worst experience ever here. I had a brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max plus all I needed was the screen fixed( thinking turn around time would be couple hours) well then got a phone call stating my phone wouldn't connect to iTunes. Now they stated that to distract me from what they actually did and that was....they tore my face recognition Camera wire so basically that will never work again moving on... they claim they sent it there soldering department and will locate issue they had my phone 3 weeks didn't do anything to it and claim they couldn't find the problem and still didn't fix my screen and then claimed my phone had a bad CPU. I picked The phone up took it to quest wireless on Wornall and they fixed it in 1 day ordered a new speaker and camera and screen and it's all working properly. These people deliberately messed my phone up lied to me about it then made up some BS to cover the damage they done. I will never use these people nor support them and make this known I will make sure I'm very careful who I choose to service my apple products. BEWARE BAD BUSINESS read more

Above and beyond the level of the usual customer service one receives at any kind of business. Exceptional from the minute I walked through the front door...the store itself is impeccably clean, well organized and modern. The staff is friendly and attentive, not to mention knowledgeable of a wide range of devices. Conveniently located in the middle of Westport (where I always break my phone screen), MR had me in and out with a broken screen in under an hour. I left, had a drink at Buzzard across the street, came back and my repaired phone was back in my hands! Bravo Mobile Revive! I will be a customer for life. First time I needed my iPhone glass repaired. The iPhone 6 had been dropped several times of the last few years and managed to survive with the durable case. Not today, maybe a combination of the super cold temps or rocks/salt in the parking lot that it landed on but it had small cracks on the bottom left corner. Apple store was booked up for 1 week. Found good reviews about Mobile Revive. Came in on a Saturday and was helped quickly. Plan to have a new screen replaced within an hour. Price was a little cheaper than Apple so certainly a fair price. Time will tell if it holds up as well as the original which was 3 years! read more

THE MAIN THING that makes this place worthy of 5 stars is Steve, the technician/repairman. I saw 3 or 4 customers come into the store during my visit, all with problems in need of repair. Steve would tell each of them an INSANE short amount of time when it would be ready to pick up THAT DAY. He was usually the one waiting for them to come get it!Right on, Steve! Been here multiple times for different reasons. I recommend this to any body with any issue with phone or laptop. I have had my friends and my laptops RAM upgraded (5 laptops), in process of changing its complete exterior. Best part of experience was I went in for my laptop but got my iPhone fixed. Issue : My iPhones lock button was jammed. Apple Store's response: Sorry it can't be fixed, pay 350$ and get a refurbished iPhone replacement. I had the best experience with Mobile Revive and I would highly recommend them. My cheapo LG phone was out of storage and Jay got me up and running in no time. He figured out the problem quickly and didn't try to convince me that it was time to part with my phone for a better model. While I was there, he interacted with six other customers of all walks of life and treated everyone with respect. It was clear he was genuinely trying to provide the best customer service he could. Have an iPhone and something was wrong with the charger port. Tried blowing out the dust, but still had trouble getting the lightning cable to connect. I called ahead and they had me come right over. Explained that if they have to change out the port it would be at least $35, which sounded good to me. Got there, the guy up front took a quick look, got out a pair of tweezers and dug out a bunch of lint! Plugged it into a lightning cable and the thing immediately started charging. Handed it back, and didn't even charge me! Wow! They have won my loyalty forever! read more

Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Jaime diligently tried to get to the bottom of what was going on with my phone, was kind enough to let me use a loaner while a part was on order. Unfortunately, the replacement part didn't fix the issue and the phone was toast but I not only am sure he did his best but I was refunded the initial service charge. I wouldn't hesitate to return. First time customer here and my experience could not have been better! Thought my phone was toast but within 5 minutes they had diagnosed the problem (screen burnout). They only charge a $20 diagnostic fee which is totally fair IMO. And waive that if you move forward with a repair. Took my dog for a nice walk while they fixed it. 90 mins later I was out the door with a perfectly working phone. Great service that I highly recommend!! 10 stars!!!! read more

Jay, Jaime and Alfredo were extremely helpful. My phone could have been repaired, but they recommended against it due to the replacement parts being as defective as the original (meaning it would break again). While some other businesses might have just taken my money, they were honest about it. They also gave us good advice about a replacement phone. I've gone into Mobile Revive a few times to get my wife a new phone. I went in yesterday to get a newer phone for myself. As always, the service was excellent and was able to get the phone I wanted. The service is always great, from repairs to purchasing a newer phone. The staff has always steered me in the right direction. Really a great experience- and that is coming from a customer whose phone could not be repaired. Jaime was extremely knowledgeable and skilled, and these guys can do work like micro soldering on the circuit board that others cannot. Took my Galaxy S7 in for a new screen when the old one broke... paid an arm and a leg to replace the screen and display, and opted for the liquid glass screen protector as well. Fortunately however, this pricey fix came with a warranty, because somehow my screen broke again and they were able to fix it for no charge, and in the same day. read more

Very nice people. Service was quick. iPad screen replacement. However now the iPad is not usable. Screen quivers and jumps. Doesn't respond. Opens apps randomly. Will ask for refund. Update:. Returned to shop today and iPad was fixed and is working just fine. Very good customer service. read more
