I am very impressed with the service at this location. A few months ago, my neighbor's car battery was stolen out of his Jeep and I drove him up to this location and he got a new battery. When my car battery died yesterday, this was the first place I checked out online. I also checked the local auto parts stores and they were all more expensive. I called and spoke to Kyle and he was more than happy to let me know that he would check my electrical system to make sure it was my battery. He also said he would install the battery free. When I got there he went through the cars system and found out it was the battery. There was an online only 10% discount that he was able to apply to my purchase. Bought a Pride Scooter Battery, took the case with the used batteries. Had cash on hand rather than use my Visa Card. What a mistake. The velco that holds batteries in place was taken out by Marcos and thrown away rather than place where it was to secure the battery. I paid in cash 156.36.. Now for a refund I have to wait for a check from Chandler. No wonder the parking lot is always empty. Never will I do business with them again. Also forgot to give me a receipt.. Had to go back and get it. I ,have not received my refund.. not until Thursday July 22. Will I receive this then ?.You have misinformed this review... Has taken from July 17, to July 22,? to receive my refund. You have your battery back when I requested the refund on July, 17, I,could not return the battery on Saturday or Sunday because the Manager was not available until Monday, July 19,.The battery was returned on the morning of July 19. Had my truck batteries die on me the other day and I was just down the street so I stopped in there because their customer service from past experience has been excellent. So Bill the store manager helped me out he tested the batteries before even trying to sell me new ones even though I was sure the old ones were goners. After he tested them he didn't even ask if I wanted to have him put them in he just did it. 10 out of 10 I will be back and recommend to my friends. read more

Yesterday I took my Nissan Versa into have the battery changed. They oversold me (because the person wasn't sure of the battery I would need), then it turns out the battery they finally decided on was $5.00 cheaper plus tax. They ended up not crediting me properly in fact there was no credit they charged me more on my checking account. They lost one of my screws and had to go to Auto Zone to replace it. DO NOT GET YOUR IPHONE SCREEN REPLACED HERE. My husband took my phone in to replace a cracked screen. They did a shoddy job where the touchscreen stuck up weird above the edge of the phone and didn't read properly anymore. Sometimes I had to press a button 10 times before it would work. Texting was all messed up, and even unlocking the phone took several minutes one morning. Since I had a busy week at work, I wasn't able to take it back until the weekend. And in those few days, I dropped it 2 feet onto a carpet and it cracked -- which, seriously, wouldn't have happened if it were installed right. But when I took it back, they told me that they couldn't do anything for me because the crack voided the warranty. They didn't care that I could show them that the rest of the screen didn't work properly. They didn't care that it only cracked because they'd done a bad install where the glass stuck up high over the edge, leaving it vulnerable to cracking. They couldn't have cared less. Our bill was a total of $95 (not even a good deal) and for that I expected a higher quality of work and much better customer service. read more

I guess I'm a little surprised by so many five-star reviews of this place, because I've had occasion to visit the Thomas Rd store at least 6 times in as many months, and I don't think I'll be going back.The last couple times especially, the vibe here was pretty negative. I get a feeling like the staff doesn't really want any business. On one occasion I was in to purchase 4 small rechargeable batteries, which I were sold to me from a bulk supply. I bought two 12 v batteries for my garage door openers from this store two days ago. When I tried them out the garage door openers didn't work so I bought two new garage door openers and tried to return the two new batteries. When I got to the store, with my receipt that states returns may be made within 14 days of purchase I was shocked to learn that they lied. The guy told me he could not return them because they were rechargeables. What? It does not say that anywhere on the receipt. THEN he tells me one of the batteries has low voltage. What? I just bought them and did not use them! Needless to say he would only refund me for one of the two batteries. Seriously. False advertising and a bad product. They lost a loyal customer over a 3$ battery. read more

Made an item that wasn't what I needed. Refused to work with me. When I told him I wasn't comfortable paying for the item, he laughed and told me that I already had. Garbage. I don't look for much in this world and I have NEVER written a bad review of any place I've ever visited, so it takes a pretty extreme situation for this to transpire for me. I will be telling my pretty extensive network of friends and business contacts not to use you because you'd rather have ten dollars than make any attempt to salvage the situation, a move that would have earned you my repeat and referral business. This store's staff is great! Last night I booked an appt. online to see if my iphone 6 glass cover could be repaired. The damage was significant due it being in the line of trunk when closing it - and if the first attempt to close the trunk was not good enough, the trunk slam attempt the second time really did the phone in. I had little expectation they could do this because 1) the phone was in really bad shape and 2) an Apple affiliated store in Canada had told me it was highly doubtful it could be repaired and would require 3 plus weeks to see if it could be repaired. The staff had the cover replaced, a new battery installed plus a protective cover on the phone in less than an hour. And it works perfectly! What a great outcome in such a short time. I have also been here in the past for batteries and such. They always are friendly, fast, and knowledgable AND did not charge me to replace the FOB battery cos the one in there was from them.
