Had my iphone 6 plus screen repaired. The customer service was outstanding. However the repair was not good. The virtual keyboard stopped working properly and the phone started flipping screens by itself and dialing people when i wasn't even near it. All issues that happened after the replacement. I ended up buying a new phone. Save your self the money and if you have the insurance just use it......... I could have saved myself $150.... Editing to include that in this case the repair just didn't work but again, the customer service was great. read more

Batteries plus bulbs is the place to get your phone repairs They are very honest and do great repairs that are done in a timely fashion. This is the second time we have had a repair on a phone there. I have purchased bulbs from them and did not have issues with them. Recently, I purchased two cell phone chargers from them for an iPhone & galaxy. I Spent almost $40. Like all customers, you expect the products that you buy to work. You discard the receipt and throw away the box they came in. Well, about 1 week after I bought my chargers, one of them was defective. I took it back to the store so they can exchange it. I didn't have the receipt or the box but the employee that sold me the product remembered me. Well, they couldn't exchange it. Why? That's not their policy. I had to "register" my products on the manufacturer's website and send my defective product directly to the manufacture for an exchange. WTF??? Most customer centered retail stores either exchange it for you on the spot with or without a receipt. Not this store. They should tell the customer that any (non bulb) products that you buy that are defective will not be exchanged by the store. Yea, who's going to register a product on the manufacturer's website, pay for postage, and then wait 30-45 days for an exchange? Should of gone to the customer service centered stores like Walmart, Target for Best Buy. This store is a joke and lost a customer over $18. 8/26/18- my son went to buy a bulb for a small lamp. The ignorant clerk gave him the wrong type of bulb. My son went back to return the bulb and they couldn't refund the money because the box the bulb came in was open (yea stupid we had to see if the bulb fit right). Suddenly the same ignorant clerk "found" the right bulb and sold him another one. Because of their mistake, we had to pay for two bulbs. because of their mistake we couldn't get a refund. Too many fuck ups from a small retailer that wants to pretend they have good customer service and appear as if they are a legitimate comparable option to buy from like the other, larger legitimate retail stores. read more

Great store with excellent customer service. Mando is awesome ! This was my second time in here and both times I am amazed how nice the staff is . Mando especially has gone above and beyond to help my elderly mother with her old Samsung Galaxy phone . She has many issues with it and each time Mando is patient and very knowledgeable with technology. Hopefully soon my mom will switch to an iPhone but until then thank goodness for Mando. They also change watch batteries at a very reasonable price. They have car batteries too. Very cool store with an outstanding staff. read more

I must say, very disappointed. I have been waiting for the day to come that I would finally stop by the store to pick up that impossible to find battery for my impossible Gadget that barely works but now works because I found the battery at batteries and bulbs. The day came when I finally had make the drive to the store to find an elusive 3.7 volt battery for my grenade Vape mod and they did not have it. If you're going to call yourself batteries and bulbs you best have the battery I need, when I need it on the spot. After being let down I decided to peruse the store to see what else they have and I must say they have a whole bunch of batteries and a whole bunch of light bulbs at ridiculously high prices. I guess this is a convenience store in a way so maybe that's why they are so expensive. The convenience of being able to pick up batteries that you can pick up at any other store on every corner in every city. I wasn't impressed at all but thoroughly let down. read more

Came in on Sunday for a cell phone repair on my note 8 they didn't have part so had to order it. I received a call today saying my part was in I came in and the same gentleman who helped me Sunday was there took my phone and it was fixed and literally about 15 minutes he was great and would recommend going back there again. read more

I forgot to catch the guys name... But i called this place today (3/12/16) inquiring about a charger to charge my Canon rebel xti since I had lost my original. The guy was extremely polite and friendly on the phone and checked for me, and let me know they had 2 chargers that would do the trick and let me know which one was cheaper. So I just went into the store about 4pm and the same guy who answered my phone call was there and again very polite and friendly and also very talkative. He gave me his opinion on the cheaper charger I was buying as well as the more expensive one but told me either one will do the trick. I opened it up and he showed me how to use the charger as well since it was one I had never used before and then let me know it is also a universal charger for phones as well. He was very informative, friendly, nice, talkative and helpful. Excellent customer service. read more
