The only reason it's a maybe for me is due to their website stating the hours on Saturday, but they…read morewere closed when I went there. I do appreciate the business is there, and when I called on a Friday, the woman I spoke with was very polite. I appreciate and wish more people would consider what they throw in the garbage, the fact they accepted our old, outdated shedding artificial Christmas tree was satisfying. They also took 2 frying pans that did not belong in a thrift store. I don't take items there for the money but rather to keep it out of the landfill whenever i can. Due to the nature of their business I do not drive my vehicle in the back.

Since it was it was my first time there I wasn't sure what part of the property to go to. I saw a garage door open on the west side of the building so I stopped at the stop sign then pulled in. A man came up and told me I need to pull back out. I said I will...... then I proceeded to ask him where the cans go. Then a big man with a beard come up and started rudely chastising me for pulling inside (an honest mistake on my part). He then asked what I need. After all that chastising I told him I needed nothing. He then told me I shouldn't be upset because I was the one that did something wrong. I started pulling out and he mentioned a price of 60 cents a pound. I don't care if it's 60 dollars a pound. I WILL NOT be talked to like that and I will never be back. I will take my cans elsewhere. Great customer service Cimco!

We made a reservation for Saturday. I wanted to make an edit but found we needed to cancel and make…read morea new one. While they say on the site you would get a full refund everywhere prior to cancellation, once you cancel you get only 90% and it states you only get 90%. The 90% is not even on all the fees or full price. So on a nearly $90 reservation we received back about $75. We will not be adding our reservation back and will go elsewhere. Upon further thought if they are not honest and up front on pricing, they may be like other prices and cut corners on the ad retired experience as well. If we are driving an hour or more, we'd like it to be worth it. Plus I hate being ripped off.

We also accept donations of glass (bottles, jars, smaller windows, bowls), dishes (plates, bowls, cookware), ceramic and porcelain knick-knacks, or anything else you can think of that would be fun to break! Baseball bats, golf clubs, and old tools such as hammers or wrenches are also greatly appreciated! We do not charge for donations such as these, only the electronics. If you’d like to donate, please arrange a drop-off at your convenience via email or text (608-960-9044).
