Made an appointment with John who was very nice and helpful. Told me they had the parts and could do it same day. Upon arriving for appointment, a different employee had no record of it and complained, "I hate when people do this." While helping me he got a call and he rolled his eyes and complained to himself, "I guess you don't want me to get any work done today" Preceded to be rude towards me and the other customers and not helpful. He asked me if I wanted the gold or prime I asked him what the difference was and he didn't really explain it. He then informed me they didn't have the parts in. He just had really bad/weird energy. I felt that I was inconveniencing him or bothering him just by being there. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but they lost my business and will be going somewhere else. read more

Got my phone repaired there, Now the screen's too tight and turns off when I try to use a phone case. It's supposed to be under warranty, but they denied it's their fault, even when I showed them how it happens. read more

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable of their products, phone repairs, and they operate in a timely manner. In contrary to the review below, Chris seemed to be pleasant and upbeat. I visited today for an iPhone screen repair and could not be happier with the outcome. They were professional the entire time through. I don't believe a review can be written on the appearance of an associate. To bash a store simply because an employee "looks" at you in a certain way is utterly ridiculous. Shame on her. 5 stars for: 1-professionalism of handling my phone 2-timeliness 3-product knowledge 4-not cutting corners, they walked me through everything they did to repair my phone screen, although they did not have to. 5-the 6 month warranty offered for my screen repair. Ended up here because of a dead car battery. When we got there Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done in a timely manner. We were in and out no hassle. Let's just say Batteries Plus Bulbs is a good store BUT sometimes they hire people with the worst customer service manners. I was there the other day to buy a bulb. I walk into the door and no greeting. Ok I can live with that. Then I asked for help from Chris and he pretty much ignored me because I didn't know he was helping another gentleman out. The only reason I got help was because the customer said he was gonna be a while. Chris reminded me of the character Lurch from the Adams Family show. Not his height just his facial expressions. This guy had zero customer experience. How he still works there is remarkable. The only reason I gave this store 2 stars is because they had the light bulb I was looking for. I'll probably never ever go to this store again unless it's an emergency. Lots of my friends tell me I'm hard on companies. I tell them they are correct. If my money is buying their products I would like someone who is happy about what they do and to appreciate their customers. It is after all the customers who keep them in business. After I purchased the light bulb, I still did not get a thank you or have a nice day. He gave me my light bulb and gave me the Lurch look. WOW! If the owner reads this. Please talk to your employees. You're losing a lot of business because of poor employee attitudes. read more

DO NOT GET SCREEN REPLACED HERE!!! I have nothing negative to say about the service or people working at this particular store. All have been very nice and helpful. However, my wife and I had screen replaced on both of our iPhones and in the past week and have had nothing but issues. In fact, my wife's phone has been done 3 times and mine twice. This is just in past week. Buttons not working, brightness going up and down randomly, phone won't work with case on now when it did before, phone getting very hot, etc. I am sure this store works for batteries, but do not get screen replaced. I should have gone to Apple store but I was in a hurry because we were going on vacation and there isn't Apple store real close to me. I will reiterate however that the staff was not the issue as far as service goes. They have been helpful but at this point I just want phones to work the proper way. If you can't do screen replacements that work, don't offer the service. read more

Honesty! I went in for a phone repair; I had dropped my phone, and it wouldn't make any noise or recharge. They opened it up and put a few innards back into proper places. My iPhone 6 now works like new again and they didn't charge me! I bought some stuff anyway and they have a loyal customer now (me, in case you missed that). read more
