Unfortunately, that means that you now have an entrance fee. I had to buy two bags of feed so I could make sure the ducks didn't starve. There is definitely a variety of animals and we were able to see all of them. Our group was divided on whether it was worth the price. I live near one of the top zoos in the America, which cost way too much for a family to go to. I would love to have an affordable zoo like this nearby.

It's a real shame Logan city sold Municipool years back to some unreputable private scuba company that closed it to public swimming. Well, enough of the history lesson.. Sky View pool is a decent option for family swimming. It has limited weekday hours during the school year, 6-8pm, but Saturday open swim is 1-8pm. Considering it's now over 50 years old, it's clean and well maintained. Lockers rooms are dated but pretty clean, have free lockers if you bring your own lock, showers heat well and have a lot of pressure. Life guards are well trained and keep it safe. It has a low 1 meter diving board at one end, and two basketball hoops at the other. But their balls are all worn out or flat, so be sure to bring your own if you really want to play. Lap swimming is 5-6:30am for you early birds, with water aerobics afterwards. Sky View is the best value around, only $2 per person, cash or check only. USU Hper was $5 per last I checked. It can get crowded on Saturday afternoons, but the kids love it. Mind you, it's just a lap pool. No water slides, no kiddie area. It is what it is, but I'm glad we have it.

Such a gem here in Logan with well planned and themed rooms with great puzzles and effects. The owners and their staff were so welcoming and great examples of a 5 star experience. They even have a new official lacrosse field, I think, at the far southeast end. I saw them practicing but didn't walk over there to verify it. It's an oddly laid out, meandering park due to various additions over the decades, and much of it is hidden from the road. Frequented by locals, it can get busy, but the kids love all the other kids to play with. I just wish they had more full grown trees in the newer areas for us parents to relax under..maybe a cork tree for when I feel like smelling the flowers like Ferdinand.
