Worst customer service I have experienced in this city. I was accused of being difficult because I was not keen on their suggestion of a 7am arrival time for a complete install of a new door. Meanwhile, I could not get any reasonable communication with them. I was merely calling to insure they were coming out tomorrow as agreed. After beibg called difficult, the older gentleman suggested I get another vendor to install a door. I insisted on being told where I was being "difficult". Obviously, the owner was unable to provide a single instance. If anyone was difficult, it was this company's inability to simply communicate with their customers. Justin was reasonable, his older partner was not. I see that this business has only been in business for one year. Obviously, the older gentleman needs some patience. He is seriously lacking in this area of customer service. If inquiring about when they plan to arrive and my not wanting them banging on my door at 7am is the issue, then so much for accomodating their customers. Lastly, in my opinion if anyone was being difficult it was them with their lack of communication and follow through. If you want lack of communication and attention to service and customer appreciation, this is the outfit to use. We had Justin at Battle Born come out in September 2022. It all started late July, after getting some quotes from different companies off Yelp, Justin just struck me as an honest small business owner. We were looking to fix our door initially as there were some cracks, but we ended up going for a complete replacement of our 30-year-old garage door. They were able to send us multiple options, ranging from bargain basement all the way up to sexy as you want to be. They never tried to upsell us on anything and were perfectly happy to come out regardless of what we chose. After our decision was made Justin ordered the door, which took about a month to a month and a half from the manufacturer. We set an appointment for install and Justin and his father held to it. We ordered some decorative pieces on the side to be attached to the door and they had no issue installing them for us, even though they didn't supply the parts. We were extremely happy with our choice! After about a year, the door started rubbing on the rail, so I gave Justin a call. He was out the next day and spent a good hour making adjustments to ensure everything was just as the day it was installed. The service call was considered a warranty call so there was no additional charge which was fantastic because a lot of companies don't have that kind of integrity anymore.
