The selection is poorer than Frattalone and the prices are higher. We won't support this store and their poor attitudes, we will plan to go to Home Depot or Lowe's for our hardware needs. I love my louvered porch windows in the summer--they are great for getting the air flowing. In winter? Somewhat less enamored. My porch gets cold, which means my living room can be a bit more invigorating than ideal. I always know that I can go to Jerry's to pick up window insulating kits that will help seal the cracks and keep me cozy. Good prices and some of the most helpful and courteous staff in town--this is a truly awesome neighborhood resource.

Very poor communication, poor follow up, and poor service. They did fix the small leak they were asked to fix. However, I asked for a heads-up call 1 hour before someone was planning on arriving. I was told that wouldn't be an issue. No one called me. The repair technician came out and fixed the leak without any notice. There was another noticeable leak just a few feet away from the original work order leak, but they didn't even bother looking at. I would have informed them/pointed it out if they would have called in advance like I was promised. *Side thought: Why wouldn't a repair technician call the customer if there was another noticeable leak / issue just a few feet away from where they were working??? Also, every time I attempted to call their service department, I would have to leave a message, and that would lead to series of phone tag. Messages don't get responded to in a timely manner, and all I heard was excuses in the end. No sense of ownership, just excuses. Don't waste your time with this company if you need servicing done. Find another company that cares about its customers and provides quality service.
