Keep in mind that I have autism... and sensory issues are extremely hard for me.. i do realize that it is just ice.But if you are a part of the spectrum, sensory is a huge deal. And I have brought this up to them before, many times actually. so they are well aware of my sensory. No one offered to fix it.. And I got literally no apology. If you are working the drive thru, you need to ensure that the people who order coffee, get a straw or what they paid for. I do want to mention that this isn't the only issue that has gone missing or forgotten. The customer service was top notch from the moment we walked in, and both the food and coffee were superb.
