This Starbucks gets 5 stars just because it exists in the Salt Lake City area. Most of the Starbucks that I have searched in the area are in a Target or a Smiths store. It was nice to see a stand alone store. I'm sure they are out there but far and few between, I think. We are not in Seattle anymore, Toto! All kidding aside, Salt Lake City is great and this Starbucks is awesome! Hubby and I stopped here for some refreshers and a snowman cookie. Terrible atmosphere with horrible customer service. Walked in waited for three minutes while they stood around and talked to one another laughing. Lady finally comes over no smile or any sense of acknowledgment of me being a paying customer, only vibe I got was that she was irritated that I was interrupting story time. Ordered a sandwich, she says there will be a question for you on the pad, and at this point I wasn't impressed with her or anyone else there. I can see her watching me press no tip, then she rolled her eyes and turned around. When my sandwich was finished I wasn't told your orders up. Didn't get my name to be called nothing. It was slammed down on the counter with no words... This is an embarrassment to the establishment. Who's to say how often this happens. Judging by the reviews, more than a franchise would care for. Zero stars. Worst experience I've ever had. Do not go to this location unless you want to wait for more than 20 minutes for 2 coffees. Then have them made wrong. Then have a loser hipster kid tell you "we have too many coffees to make" as to why your coffee was made wrong or even announced that it was finished. Then get offered gift cards for the mistake but "now the machine isn't working." Epic fail. Fire that douche kid cuz things would've gone smoother without him. 6 people working while manager sat in office while store was clearly insanely busy. Terrible terrible experience. read more

Starbucks - Woods Crossing, Utah I was in need of an Americano pronto. I didn't search Yelp for the nearest cafe. I just exited the freeway and figured that a Starbucks was close. And guess what? I was right. I could immediately tell that this Starbucks is new. The interior still had that "new car smell" and everything was shiny clean. I asked how long this location has been opened and the barista responded "just a couple of months". Unlike the rest of the Starbucks out there, this location was dead. The drive thru was even empty. There was 3 baristas behind the counter and they all looked excited to see me or just excited to see people. I got my drink, paid through my SB app, and off I went. read more

This used to be my go to but it apparently is under a new manager! They absolute worst service the last 6 weeks. Employees visit with friends instead of making drinks while the inside pick up line keeps growing. The drive through is slow, not Service is not Starbucks quality! Good bye!! read more

Starbucks is a lifeline for many people but fortunately for me I don't need caffeine to get me going. Even though I'm not dependant on caffeine, I can see why masses of people congregate to get simple pleasures to start their day. The ambience of this location was quite nice. Its modern look with beautiful plant life artwork gave the inside a comforting place to chill. The wooden walls and attractive hanging lights also add to its comfortable atmosphere. The customer service was just as nice. Thumbs up! Like I said before, I'm not much for coffee so my friend invited me to try their strawberry frappichino. It was nothing special in taste but was a cool refreshment for the summer weather. I would definitely go back and try something else. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. Girl at the register was very rude and when food came out she just threw them on counter rolled her eyes and walked away . This is the slowest Starbucks I have been to. Waiting an hour for the simplest of drinks. There are plenty of people working here but two are standing at the drivethru window arms crossed not doing anything. One person working all the drinks - everyone else is unpacking cups, lids and waiting for food to some out. Seriously, they finish one person's drink every 10-15 minutes. And there is a stack of people waiting. Mobile orders stacked up with no one picking them up. Something seriously wrong here. read more

New and still a little slow on some of the seasonal and custom drinks, but always (so far) accurate. I love their digital board in the drive-thru that lets me confirm they put me down for a peppermint hot chocolate and not a peppermint mocha (or the other way around). For some reason the other Bountiful location struggles with this and I have yet to have a mistake here. Tried the new Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate today for a change and it was yummy. We were in town last week and needed a pick-me-up. As soon as I walked in, Malynn was ready to help me and so patient to answer my questions about their new drinks (they always have so many!) While she was explaining the differences between cold brew and iced coffee, AJ came over and also tried to help me hone in on something not-too-sweet but still luxurious for a little iced coffee treat. They were both extremely friendly, helpful, and also had a handle on the other customers around me and in the drive-thru. Great teamwork and customer service! This starbucks has the worst customer service ever. The drinks are already over priced as it is but dont you dare ask for a cup of whipped cream to go with your drink. they act like its coming out of their pocket. first off I was the only customer in the store and it took forever. Drive through was packed so I went inside trying to hurry . That wasnt happening and they were very rude on top of it. Very disappointed in the service at this location. Went through the drive through and the guy attending to the window didn't greet us and simply handed us our order and then took the card then handed it back and shut the window. Did not give us a receipt or the ability to even ask for one. Ordered a Matcha green tea latte and it was all milk and almost no Matcha. So frustrating when you pay for something and you do not get what you paid for. Terrible service and terrible baristas. It was Sunday and not busy so that can not even be an excuse! read more

People actually drink coffee in Davis County! This Starbucks location is new and very much anticipated in the surrounding area. The staff is very friendly and energetic. My world crumbled when they closed my favorite Starbucks in the Salt Lake City Center Marriott a few years back. I haven't been able to find a Starbucks that compared since until now. The only draw back to this location is their lack of a Clover machine. I am a black coffee drinker. I hate Pike blend so I have to do multiple visits in the morning to enjoy the dark roast and the exceptional staff here. Starbucks, if you're listening and if you care at all, thank you for setting up this location and please consider brewing delicious coffee that is not Pike throughout the day. read more

This is one of the MOST unfriendliest Starbucks I have ever experienced! I go to my usual Starbucks daily Monday through Friday but on the weekends I come to this one because it's closer to home. They are never personable, they never follow your request for recipe and over charge you for things you don't want in your drink and even when you ask for light ice they fill the cup full of it! The lady with purple hair argues with you and gets upset with you when they have to fix your drink. Very, Very horrible customer service! read more

My caramel latte was way too strong and bitter tasting, would have returned to have a new one made but was literally 10 miles down the freeway when I took the first sip ... ended up tossing it. I was very unimpressed with the service received this morning at this location. When I walked in, two employees were chatting with someone (a customer, a manager?) and completely ignored me. Two employees were standing in the drive-thru and just stared at me. Finally someone came over and helped unenthusiastically. When I received my drink, the barista put it on the counter, called my name, and walked away. I felt like a major inconvenience to the employees, as though I was interrupting their time. read more

I absolutely love this location. The Baristas are so nice and friendly. They have never messed up my order and they are quick and efficient.

I have always come to this location between 5-5:15 AM. Today I pulled up and there was a car in front of me, after they pulled around to the window I pulled up to order. I sat and waited for someone take my order for a few minutes and when no one answered I pulled up to the window. I was told by the staff that apparently there are new summer hours and they don't open until 5:30. Although when I look on the website, yelp, and Google maps they all say that the store opens at 5 AM. Luckily the staff was very nice about it and they decided to serve me early (they deserve 5 stars- the 1 star is for management). I felt like a jerk trying to get someone to come to the window to help me when I didn't realize that they weren't open yet. The car ahead of me must have given up and left without ordering... When I asked the staff what the new hours are, they said they didn't even know. Changing your hours seasonally without warning is going to lose you quite a few customers, by the time I left there were four more cars behind me waiting to be served. I'm already looking for a new location with reliable hours. read more
