In addition to adjusting my cleats and bike…read moreso everything fits correctly and I'm using the right muscles, he explained a lot about the relevant biomechanics, which was both interesting and helped me know what to keep an eye out for in the future. The bike fit also included in-depth pedaling instruction and Ed picked up some bad habits I had and helped me learn what it feels like to have my center of mass in the right place. I came in experiencing shoulder pain during long rides and after the fit session that's almost completely gone away from the combination of adjustments and instruction. Definitely recommend getting a bike fit with Ed for cyclists of any level.

He was able to quickly diagnose each bike's problem and miraculously fix all of our bikes. Since Shawn was able to repair all of the bikes, no new bikes needed to be purchased and this saved us $$$$. This is the first time we used Shawn and his mobile bike repair service and we will never go to a retail bike store for bike repairs again. Putting four bikes in a car would have been a huge hassle; requiring multiple trips to the bike store. The owner was incredibly kind and let me use the bike pump and space to repair my tire. You can tell right away this is a shop run by people who genuinely care about cycling and the community around it. They sell both new and used bikes, and they're also clearly passionate about skiing and snowboarding as well. Super knowledgeable, welcoming, and down-to-earth. Five stars. They replaced the pedal crank on my bike with a new one which was expected, but stripped the threads on the new crank while trying to put my old pedals onto it. I discovered this when I got the bike home and one of the pedals fell off without even putting my weight on it. It was such a hassle and so expensive I just couldn't find the time or money or patience to bring it back here to have them fix it so I've been without a functioning bike since. My wife's bike was tuned up fine but it was clear that there was no attempt to even wipe it down. I'm sure the service here is great if you bought a fancy bike from them for a couple grand, but it doesn't seem to be the kind of place that welcomes peasants. I had forgotten why I didn't use my bike last year until today so now I'm angry at this place all over again.
