The broken buttons are always replaced and the clothes have always been returned as expected. Justine, the owner, knows my name, even if I only drop-in every 4 weeks or less. They added tailor services a few years ago which is VERY convenient. Cleaner4Less in Leesburg is both fast & reasonably priced. Even when I drop off tailoring it comes back most times the next day! The tailor I was using previously in Lansdowne would take 2 weeks or more for simple alterations. I like the reliability and prompt service of this small business. The front area could stand to be tidied up, and I've never had an issue for which I needed to be reimbursed, or have ownership intervene, but that speaks more to the problem-free experience I've had over the past 5 years. They continue to be my cleaner of choice.

On my way out the door,after I picked it up, noticed it was too long. It had been taken up only 2-3" and was told it would cost an additional $65 to alter it to the length I had originally requested. When I requested either a redo or a refund, I was accused of trying to rob the store and told it had not been pinned and I had requested that length. Nothing but arguments. PLEASE find another store for your alterations.
