When we called, Rich answered the phone right away and was incredibly helpful. He quickly scheduled an appointment for us, and a plumber arrived at 8:30 the next morning to replace the damaged water softener. We were very impressed with how efficient, friendly, and professional they were. The plumber was patient and took the time to explain why the pipe had burst and gave us very helpful recommendations to prevent similar problems in the future. Their follow-up service was also outstanding. A few days later, Sunday night, we were surprised to discover that we had no hot water. We texted Rich to ask what might have happened, and he responded very quickly. He explained that when the water softener pipe burst, the large amount of water spraying out may have extinguished the pilot light on the nearby water heater. He then patiently walked us through the steps to check it. Sure enough, the pilot light was out, exactly as he had explained.
