We spent two nights at the Bavarian Inn Lodge, and overall we were really happy with our stay! The location is great; right beside the River Place Shops, and the building itself is massive, with tons to do: multiple pools, water slides, arcades, games, and even a huge indoor waterpark. It's an awesome spot for families. We loved the Bavarian theming and architecture throughout the lodge. Service was solid too; everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with a very comfy bed, plus a mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, and a couch. You also get a bunch of coupons for activities in the area, which is a great bonus. One thing we really appreciated was the adults-only section, a quieter area with a pool, hot tub, and a billiards table. Perfect for unwinding after busy days exploring Frankenmuth. UPDATE: 6/26 - My child developed DOUBLE pink-eye after visiting this water park!!! To the manager that replied: Yes, I spoke to two different ladies. the first young lady was the one giggling and laughing and asking about beer orders. The second time I called, I ASKED to speak to a manager and was switched over, so of course she didn't hear the laughter or giggling I heard. The trip started off fairly well, until around dinner time! We waited over an hour and 15 minutes for dinner after the automated system said 20-40 minutes. When I did call, I was met with laughter on the other line and was told, "we're understaffed - but are you the room that ordered all the beer?" "Nope. Definitely not. We have kids in tow and we do not drink. Me and my family are STILL waiting for food..." To which she laughed again, said they were understaffed and claimed the young lady hauling food was on the floor and would be "right there". 15 minutes later, I called again and they removed the food from our bill - which I appreciated, but also hated having to ask for - AGAIN. Also, asking me about an 'order' because the staff was already taking too long seemed borderline inappropriate. That being said, my kiddos are both 7, one chose this waterpark as her birthday venue, and everyone had a fun time. (It's a tad frustrating that check-in is so late and in order to get INTO the water park, with the most slides that is, you had to pay extra. So, anyone who pays for just the park gets in earlier technically. Which again, is a tad annoying. You pay more to stay and then pay even more to play. The lazy river, the family raft ride and the outside hot tub were their favorites to play around in a there are a few inside we didn't even check out. The breakfast/dinner/game time coupons and cards were all pretty nifty and we used every single one of them. It is a bit misleading that the place to enjoy dinner is the 'Bavarian Inn Restaurant' and is not attached to the hotel in any way and says it closes at 8:00. We booked it there to arrive in time for a dinner only to see them seating people at 8:55. All of our issues revolved around meals/food, and younger staff members just joking around when you try to ask questions, but overall - my kiddos had a great time and that was the goal. read more

They didn't vacuum or wipe down things daily. Rooms were spacious, but I wish they'd had another nightstand and a footrest or recliner. Came for a family vacation with extended family, what really sparked our trip was the new and improved waterpark family entertainment expansion. Bought our room online, and signed up for the rewards program. The day of, we tried to get an earlier check in, but was told no. Tried to get a late check out and was told no. Checking in was a long line and not fun. The rooms are very outdated. They felt pretty clean? But the room definitely needs an overhaul. The names of the families is a cool concept regarding which room you stay in. But we had about 17 picture frames of this family watching over us while we slept, was weird. The beds at least were comfortable and felt clean with the bedding. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. But the bathrooms are definitely outdated and small. Getting to other areas of the hotels can be tough. I have a pretty good sense of direction, but it still was a challenge to get to which floor you need to go and what not. We got lost a few times or on the wrong floor. Signage is not the greatest. The family fun zone was great! Arcades were a lot of fun with different skill levels for all types of ages. Classic kids' play area gave me nostalgic vibes. Full circle to then have my child play on the same play scape as I did! Pretty good seating areas for families to take a break while playing the arcades and what not. The tickets versus prizes you get is laughable, but I feel like that's like that anywhere. The waterpark is epic! I'd give it five stars alone! The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a security check of sorts when you walk in, especially if you have diaper bags and other bags. Plenty of tables and chairs for seating. We thought about getting a cabana and glad we didn't waste the money. The food at the waterpark was not horribly overpriced and tasted pretty good. The lazy river is not so lazy. It's more like a rapid than a lazy river. The toddler area is plentiful and has a ton of slides and areas. My kiddo was under 18 months so there wasn't much she could do. She loved the water itself, the swings and there was a tiny little slide she could go on. Kiddos have to wear life jackets and they were provided which was nice. The water slides for the adults were great. Fast and fun! The swim up adult bar was closed so some exhausted parents with grandparents being able to watch the kids...that was disappointing. Food options outside of the waterpark were also good! We didn't do a chicken dinner but got carry out from the hotel restaurant. Good portions, tasty, and easy to order. Enjoyed our stay! Other than the rooms being outdated. It's been some years since I stayed here, but I'm glad I did. Honestly, as a guy who stays at a lot of Hilton properties, the Bavarian Inn Lodge is fantastic! Whereas Hilton properties are often newer, the Bavarian Inn Lodge rooms are original. I'm impressed our two rooms were in exceptional condition. Everything worked -- A/C and heat (needed both because it's October and the days are warm but the nights are cold), hot water, drains, toilets, even the walls and showers were modern and looked new. To some, this might sound weird, but if you travel and stay at landmark hotels you see some wild and scary stuff. It's why I'm happy to say, not here. The on-premise restaurant called "Oma's" was good. I enjoyed the Butternut Squash Risotto with Chicken special. The conventional facilities were clean, comfortable, and well catered. No complaints! I'm going to check out the new splash park tomorrow. I love the Bavarian Inn Lodge! read more

Our little room was a bit gross. Empty energy drink can left on the floor, dust and some unknown substance left behind the bathroom door. For the price, it's lackluster. Better to stay at a local chain hotel than this hotel. On top of that brought my kids here to enjoy the new waterpark and it stanks like weed on my floor. We did report all of this and someone did come up to clean a bit after the fact which is appreciated but the marijuana smell was pungent and persisted throughout our stay. The lodge itself seems unchanged since maybe the 70s or 80s? At least that's the feel. Feels like my grandmas basement or something. The Family Funcenter was ok; although expensive and a little Chuck E Cheese- ish. A player card for $100 nets you about 490 credits and games range from 4- 12 credits per play. Good onsite options to grab a drink or food; however the food isn't great. Tried the pizza at the outdoor patio and it was super greasy. The grab and go store had a great variety of drinks and goods and coffee. We also tried the Michigan on Main restaurant patio and food was subpar, much like the service. Very slow and probably very minimal in terms of workers available like most places. Got the chicken sandwich and had to ask for some type of topping, cause it came with a grilled breast and a piece of cheese... that's it. Didn't do the big chicken dinner as I feel like it's gone downhill as of late and it's frankly just too much. Several pools are available to guests including the new Bavarian blast waterpark which is nice, massive and super expensive. $89 for a pretzel, two souvenir drinks and two beers at the stand. Also tried the associated grill for some food of substance and it took 1.5 hours; had to go inquire on my order. At least they give you a coaster to alert you but mine never went off. Another $65 or more for this order as well. It is a bit chaotic in the dome and you gotta watch your kids like a hawk. Too many people, randoms; some irregular people around the kiddie pool/ slides was enough for me to wade about and keep an eye out on my kids and on these older singles that seemed to be out of place in that area. We were coming from out of state so the last thing we wanted was to wait in a long line. It took almost an hour to get checked in. They clearly need to rethink the check in process- maybe allowing some to check in and 3, 3 30, and 4? We weren't even in our room until 5 30. The front desk staff told us "use the tower entrance". We did that and followed the signs to our room. We traveled through the many halls with all of our luggage in tow only to discover it would have been much shorter to go through the front entrance or the courtyard. The tower was almost the furthest one from our room. Bad advice! The numbering system for rooms makes zero sense. We went down a hallway was decreasing only to reach our room which was higher. Huh? That seems to be a common theme with this hotel, have a bunch of stuff with little in common between them. The "fun center" is a perfect example. Room after room of arcade games, a putt putt course, rope course, and many other things. While playing putt putt we see a pool and hot tub. No signs about it anywhere. Why not? Again, random things all over the place with little thought about placement. In the room they have water and snacks. $6 for a bottle of water seems ridiculous. Make sure to bring your own supplies. This place will drain your wallet at every turn. The rooms have paper thin walls so bring a white noise machine or something to drown out your neighbors. It costs $25 for a towel. If you return the towel, the charge is refunded. That seems like a horrible policy. If someone walks off eith your towel, by accident or otherwise, you are stuck with the bill. At zender's, towels are handed out like candy on Halloween. Signage from the hotel to the water park is confusing and easy to miss. Our first night we walked in circles around the restaurant, arcade, and putt putt. After a few laps we finally figured it out but it took some figuring out. Thr hotel does have positives. The hallways are warm which is important when you are wet and it is winter. The rooms have plenty of space. Ours had a microwave and decent sized fridge. read more

Nice enough facility BUT, we booked a room during their 40th anniversary celebration - at a special rate - supposedly. Suddenly, I realized we were automatically signed up for their "Perks Club" - a club that charges an annual fee of $15, which allows you to gain points when you purchase and present the card at local establishments. They snuck in the $15 charge and refused to remove it even though our stay would be very infrequent - every two years at best, and there is no way that membership would benefit me. It's not the $15 as much as the principal here. They say it's because I booked online (true) and that was part of the reduced rate. That was not very plain at booking. Furthermore, had I known this, I would have called the resort directly and avoided the online check-in added charge. So, watch out when you reserve online - you just might be signing up for extras you don't want or need. Not going back. read more

Completely Overrated - Not Worth the Money We spent nearly $400 for a one-night stay at the Bavarian Inn and were completely disappointed from start to finish. We came expecting a relaxing and fun getaway but left feeling frustrated and let down. The waterpark was chaotic and out of control. The lazy river, which is supposed to be a peaceful float experience, felt more like a free-for-all. People were swimming in it without tubes, yelling, and turning it into something it's not meant to be. There was no staff around to enforce rules or maintain any sense of order, and it completely ruined what should have been a relaxing part of our stay. Trying to escape the chaos, we went to the indoor hotel pool--which was quieter--but we still couldn't enjoy it. Two teenage guests (of the same sex) were openly kissing and making out in the pool, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable for us and other families nearby. Again, there was no staff presence to address or monitor the behavior. The room was just as bad. The headboard was broken, the shower curtain smelled like mold, and the shower didn't drain properly. There was no hand soap at the sink, and the toilet paper was clearly already used--just reset in the holder like we wouldn't notice. The mattress was an old, squeaky spring mattress, and the bedding was thin and uncomfortable. The furniture was outdated and worn. We also ate at Oma's Restaurant inside the hotel, and that was another letdown. The portions were tiny, and the breadsticks seemed premade and bland--not the quality you'd expect from a place with the Bavarian Inn name. To top it all off, the next morning they ran out of coffee, and several of the machines were down. There was no urgency to fix it and no apologies--just another frustrating part of the stay. For almost $400, this felt like a complete waste of money. You're better off booking a more affordable hotel downtown and enjoying Frankenmuth from there. The Bavarian Inn is way overrated and badly in need of improvements. We will not be back. read more

Took a small family trip with 3 kids under 5. There were a lot of things to do and we were of walking distance of everything. My 5 year old and 2.5 year had a lot of fun! There was an arcade downstairs which is also where the pools are (with the exception of the adult pool). There is a toddler pool area. From 8am-9am, the ticket-free games were free so we definitely utilized that! There is also a small play area with a slide for the smaller kids. We played mini-golf, but my 5 year old wasn't too interested. The hotel rooms are a little outdated but I can't complain! The staff was very friendly! We didn't try the ice cream but I did have a beer at Rathskeller. The hotel was clean and overall it was a great stay! We can't wait until the new waterpark opens. read more

This place was great about 10 years to come to and enjoy a great German style Hotel and food. NOW it is the worst place to go in Michigan to enjoy good food and nice hotel! The new management has turned it into the worst waterpark in Michigan and Ohio. People are out of control in this place. The paying room guest can't get to the waterpark unless they pay extra to get in early, and you are already are spending 400.00 a night for a room. The place over FULL every hour it is open, because of the non guest let in to make more money. The new management co. has destroyed this Hotel and what it stood for in the past and (IT WILL) close down when the people that enjoyed this Hotel the way it was and stop coming it. I am sure the old family is not happy. To bad before you could have great meal enjoy the German Town Shops and stay at a Great Hotel. We came to Frankenmuth for a baseball tournament. The staff at the hotel are amazing especially Alex at the ropes course. My son panicked after doing the zip line on the ropes course and she went up and got him down and encouraged him to do the rock wall to get over his fear! I really can't say enough about the staff! Even when we booked our room 6 months ago the employee who helped us was so kind and helpful. We had a double bed with sofa room and it was spacious. However our balcony opened up to a rooftop for everyone so we did not use it at all. There were tall walls of concrete so you really couldn't see anything from it anyway so that was a bummer. Our room had carpet and feels a little old.. However housekeeping does an amazing job keeping the rooms in great condition. One of the elevator stopped working while we were here so it made the wait for the other elevator long with several hundred baseball kids and their families here. The new Waterpark was more hyped up then what was experienced. I thought it would be like Great Wolf Lodge but it's just a smaller version. There is an adults only section but on Saturday there were kids in it and no one checked to get them out. There is ADA pool lifts throughout the facility and zero entry for accessibility. The little kids have a very small area to play in. The adult beverages in the Waterpark are very expensive at $28 and $21 for refills. Beers are average at $8 and $9. Also to rent a cabana was around $360 for the day... ouch! Lastly do not go into the Waterpark with regular clothes on because you will sweat to death it's like 100 degrees in there so wear something cool. Yes, I communicated via text (as instructed with check in confirmation email sent morning of arrival) on the first night and was assured it would be taken care of in the morning. I heard nothing in the morning and reached out to the front desk, yet still no action. I eventually did the best I could with my travel pack of Clorox wipes and we wore shoes! Arrived Saturday around 2PM and check in and service was well. The hotel photos had double beds and king bed and just really nice beds. When we go to our room with a party of 5 there was 1 king bed and 1 pull out couch. The hotel reaked of pool. Then rolls around Sunday Brunch. In the photos there was a big chocolate fountain. Spent the weekend for my husband's work trip. The banquet food was amazing, best chicken ever. The new water park is not open yet which is a bummer, but we still had fun at the two water slides, laser tag and doing the ropes course. Our only complaint is that the water in the hot tub and water slides has way to much chlorine in it , my son who has eczema broke out in a full body rash and the water was burning his body so he couldn't really enjoy it the second day. Sitting in the hot tub the chemicals were so strong that it was burning our eyes and actually discolored my brand new bathing suit. We had a very good stay at Bavarian Inn Lodge! This is one of those hotels that is a blessing for people traveling with children, because there is a lot of stuff to do all under one roof: a gigantic arcade, a miniature golf course, two indoor pools, two indoor water slides, a huge hot tub, family restaurants and a bar inside the hotel, crafts and activities, and lots more. You get a decent place to stay and entertainment all in one. My kids loved the arcade the most. There were so many different games to play, and lots of prizes to win. Next to the arcade is the mini golf course, which we visited twice during our stay. It's kind of challenging because the floor isn't entirely straight, but it's fun and something to pass the time. There's also a family restaurant located near the mini gold course and arcade that sells things like chicken tenders, pizza and burgers, as well as lots of other food and beer on tap and in the can. The water slides are fun, but make sure you're wearing your wrist band! The people who work at the water slides are judicious about making sure everyone who is on the slide has a wrist band (fair enough), so put yours on unless you want a teenager scolding you. The rooms are relatively comfortable and include mini refrigerators and a small table. Free wifi is also included. The shower in our bathroom was clogged when we arrived, but when we called down to the front desk and let them know, they sent someone up right away to remedy the problem. They are currently not doing housekeeping unless your stay is more than four days (as of October 2022). So we had to call and ask that our trash be taken away and our towels replaced. The pillows on our bed were ridiculously hard, and I think Bavarian Inn needs to reevaluate their pillow situation. At one point during the night, as I was tossing and turning, I wondered if I was being punked and they had actually replaced all of the pillows with yoga bolsters. They were just ridiculously hard. If you can, get a room with a patio. The river view rooms overlook the river (duh), and occasionally we would see boats pass by. read more

We stayed up here for a couple nights during my daughter's winter break and had a blast. The staff and everyone was so friendly. The rooms were nice sized and decent price. Lots of fun stuff for kids to do. They are in the middle of remodeling and are going to be the biggest waterpark in a few months. Right now they have a laser tag zone, putt golf area, lots of games, nice pool, jacuzzi, toddler area, and 2 slides. They also have an adults only pool and jacuzzi next to a bar. It's a short walk from the hotel to downtown Frankenmuth and the River Walk which are both super fun with lots of cool stores. When they remodel it it's going to be epic. $400 is quite a bit of money for one night not including any sort of food. We paid $50 to get early access to the waterpark. $80 for dinner for a family of four. $100 at the arcade. $36 for the rope course. $50 for drinks. $60 for lunch. Around $800 for one night is insane, but we did it. The facility in the new water park felt somewhat dirty. Hair all over the floors. I had a hard time going in the water. Maybe I am just getting older. Room wasn't bad. Beautiful view of the river from the balcony. The balcony was the highlight of the trip. The old slides are better than the new slides. If zhenders was $ 250 and this was $400 I would probably go to zhenders. The ratskellar restaurant appeared understaffed. Trash cans were over glowing and nobody seemed to give a crap about the restaurant. I saw no presence of management once so ever. Fries were cold. Everywhere you go in Frankenmuth they ask you for a tip. Even at ratskellar. There are no waitresses and they want a tip. Management needs to have someone cleaning the tables and emptying the trash. It felt like a college cafeteria as they are making money hand over fist. $16 a drink at the bar. Bavarian has definitely now transformed into a tourist trap. Be ready to empty your pocket book for a low to mediocre product. read more

We had a blast in the indoor water park, and the activities - including the arcade - kept my 8-year-old niece and 10-year-old nephew busy for hours. Also, the resort is conveniently situated near museums, shops, and various attractions. The only aspect of our stay that I was disappointed with was the fact that we were charged for a Perks Card ($15), which comes with an annual fee ($8). Hands-down, the worst experience we have ever had... Our room overlooked the miniature golf course and pool area. There were people screaming in the hot tub until 12:15 am (even though the pool area is supposed to close at 11 :00 pm) and then right at 8:00am there people back down in the pool screaming so my family did not even get eight hours of sleep. We also had the people in the room next to us try to come in our room using the door between our two rooms, which spooked our kids. The waterpark was another issue... The sports pool had no water in it and the wave pool was broken which is pretty frustrating when you have older kids and that don't just want to just do sides the entire time. We also booked in February of last year and the waterpark did not open on time before our visit, which was really disappointing for the kids and the four families that we came with. My advice if you go there is request a room not overlooking the miniature golf course and call and make sure everything is working in the water park. read more

Meh Place is massive...thought I'd never get to my room...but once you know the layout, finding your way around is a breeze. Rooms are a tad dated and tired. Bathroom is "divided"...toilet/tub in a separate area, sink/dressing area outside that area. Good water pressure and plenty of towels. Toilet seat would not stay up...made it difficult for a guy to urinate without fears of castration. Bed comfortable as were pillows. If I had kids...they would have loved the pool area. Huge construction project happening...which was right outside our room. Hotel provided earplugs to drown out the noise, which, to be honest, was minimal. Liked having to cross a covered bridge to get to the hotel, which was, unfortunately, the only thing that stood out. Female staff member who checked us in was great. I'm not sure if they are being racist because we are Asian or if they are just having a bad day. They are not friendly with kids and don't talk to me as if they care about me as a customer. Overall I had fun, however this place is a money pit. The staff is absolutely amazing. Our room was really clean. It may be too outdated for some but the balcony to have fresh air in the room was nice too... I will warn anyone going, the food is outrageously priced-BRING YOUR OWN SNACKS IN THE ROOM. Omas food is not at all good (the service is great though, loved Marsha). For 2 adults and one child it was 74$ for breakfast. The food in the actual water park is decent! The arcade is insanely expensive, they really should lower the credits it takes to play the games and just give out less tickets. If your kids want to play more than 3-4 games plan on spending 100$ on just the arcade. Bowling, rope climbing, mini golf, and laser tag are also an additional fee that are seriously genuinely overpriced. I can understand the high pricing for the water park because of the staff and water it takes to keep that place moving. The water park is nice! My step son who is 4 was able to go on every single slide and I genuinely felt safe with it and the slides were still fun. The lifeguards did great keeping an eye on everyone. They have life jackets available if you forget, nice towels available to use as well. They have you return them before leaving the water park or your room is charged 25$ per towel. The waterpark closes at 8, check in is at 4. To use the water park earlier it's 50$ extra. However, there is a separate pool (shallow) whirlpool, and 2 slides that are available only to hotel guests open to 10-11. (Arcade/laser tag/mini golf closes 10-11) I will more than likely be back, however I will set aside probably 250-300$ just for the arcade and extra activities. read more

Love staying in Frankenmuth for little getaway, but this hotel just isn't up to par for the price paid. It is definitely family friendly, so if you have kids, then you may feel different and get more bang for your buck to utilize all the amenities. I wish the hotel offered a different price for those who aren't utilizing the amenities. The room was just "ok" and the best part was the view was the pool area. There was a mini fridge but no microwave or coffee pot. The bed was very firm and as others have mentioned, the pillows (both front and back rows) were all hard and uncomfortable. Walls are very thin as the room next to me was up very early and I could hear every single word and cough. No breakfast included. Breakfast option through hotel was too expensive so opted to skip and go into town instead. Not worth the price unless you are going to utilize all the amenities. Otherwise, just book a regular chain hotel for cheaper. read more

My family and I stayed over this past weekend. I want to give a shoutout to the staff at the Bavarian Inn Lodge. they were very helpful and kind. i left my magnet that said my name on it on the fridge in our room we stayed in. we called on our way home and they said we will check for you and mail it back to me. Pretty fun, nice water slides. Lots to do but kinda pricey. Food was amazing in the banquet hall, but Oma's restaurant buffet was not good at all everything tasted off and no one touched their food after. Pool and hot tub also had so much chlorine in them it itched and made our eyes burn, but loved sitting in them. Rooms were nice, but no water offered anywhere . I had purchased all day ropes course and climbing wall bracelets for my kids. I asked what time it closed and were told they closed at 10, but last run goes at 930pm. So around 9pm on Thursday Jan 23rd I took the kids down to do their last run on the ropes course. When we got down there we saw that it was closed. I asked the person working the counter in the arcade prize room why it was closed and he told me that they close at 9, so we would have had to be there by 830pm. We were bummed bc we had specifically asked earlier when we purchased what time it closed and were told 10pm. He said that mon through Thursday they closed at 9 and Friday and sat they closed at 10. Bummer. He could tell the kids were sad and so was I just bc we had specifically went down there knowing it would be their last one. I understand it wasn't anyone's fault and the girl that sold me the tickets earlier maybe had her days mixed up or something. Anyway we continued to look around for the prizes the kids were going to get from the arcade. While we were looking, the kid that was helping us earlier had 2 bracelets and told us they were for tomorrow and he was sorry for the mix up about closing. My kids were so excited. And I was beyond excited that he was so understanding. So a huge shout out to "Pierce" for helping us out. I really hope he gets the credit he deserves and he knows how much we appreciated his help and kindness. read more

When we walked into our room there was a knife full of peanut butter on the table, the floors didn't look like they had been vacuumed, the mini fridge was gross on the inside, there was random stuff other people left around the room, the bathroom had such a strong sewer smell until I poured water down the floor drain and made the smell bearable, and there was loud noises from the mini golf area most of the night making it so my kids couldn't sleep. read more

Highly recommend. Plan on several days there not just one night. There is so much to do there. Very big and clean room. The beds are very clean and soft. Swimming pools, water slides, you might want to bring an extra $200.00 or so for the gift shop and games. This was posted in August of 2024 and the weather is great compared to houston, tx. Best family friendly hotel!!! We are beyond satisfied with our experience at the hotel. The staff members are so friendly and welcoming. The fact that our family with young children, one being in a wheelchair can stay comfortably and have access to all the amenities means the world to us. Our kids had a blast in the pools , arcade and playing putt putt. My wife and I were able to relax and enjoy a few adult beverages while our kids played, which is a rare occurrence for us. Just overall really enjoyed our stay. Also, we saw countless employees cleaning the common areas and arcade. It was very clean and well maintained. My family & I were treated so unfairly during Easter break. They were expectedly very busy because of the Holiday. I booked my 2 day stay over a month early because of that fact. Yet when I got there my room wasn't ready. That was fine, we waited. Then the Manager called me back up to the desk to inform me they only had a room for me for 1 night. I showed him my receipt that they billed me for 2 nights (over a month ago when I booked) He was very dismissive towards me and treated me very poorly. I attributed that to my foreign descent, because I saw his attitude change when he was speaking with other american guests, and he did this right in front of me. . He then informed me that I could stay in the hotel down the street! I had no other option. I had other family members at this hotel, yet I had to travel back to my hotel down the street with wet towels, wet children and no compensation from the Inn. Plus an additional expense of another hotel room. I would hope the Bavarian Inn would reach out to me to make this terrible situation right! my confirmation # was 412962708. read more
