I'm really unsure about what happens at this groomer after we drop off our pets. We took our 10-year-old Maltese there, and he has come back completely different. It feels like he went through something traumatic while in their care. I initially had no concerns, but my wife found reviews indicating many other customers feel the same way. I also noticed the poor service from the gentleman there; he seemed irritated and unfriendly. Based on our experience and the feedback from others, I genuinely believe this place impacted my dog's behavior. I hope he returns to his old self, but I won't be coming back. read more

This place was a waste of my time I live near the area I have been coming by multiple times to try making an appointment or if they receive walk in's Finally it's appointment day for 8 am today Once Mr Juan sees my dog he's already so negative at the fact he doesn't think he can service her. Mind you I let him know that she was a small teacup yorkie, who isn't new to being groomed . Not even 20 mins in after I leave her he calls me , she doesn't stay still and she's too small. Lol He pretty much canceled my dog to take another one in after. He told me when I made the appointment that he only books 2 dogs an hour I get there by 8:25 to pick her up and another dog is being seen . I took my dog here a couple times and just this last time I took her she has not been the same. She came back in complete fear and seems like a complete different dog. She's been shaking for the past 5 days and seems very distressed. As I even hold her and she sleeps she trembles and shakes. This has never happened but she has not been the same. Called on a whim to see if they had any free appointments today. A few hours later Was able to take my dog in and in no time was smelling great and looking sharp !! If you're someone who might have to run a few errands In between waiting on your Pupper's pampering , they can watch them for a few hours (inquire about the cost ) . Took my dog for a scheduled appointment. The groomer showed up 30 minutes late. I Left my dog for a basic grooming and my dog was acting strangely when I picked him up about an hour later. The groomer wasn't very friendly and this should have raised some suspicion, but hindsight is 20/20. My dog looked and smelled good but was very withdrawn. The next day I took my dog to the vet who said my dog had likely experienced some sort of trauma. I didn't see what the groomer did to my dog but it I have some strong suspicions. I will never take my dog this groomer again. read more

The people here are very polite. They treat pets friendly. They know what they're doing when it comes to grooming your pet. Took my boxer and min. Poodle in to get a bath and hair cut. Not only do they bath them the also trim they're nails. My dogs smelled and looked great. I've been going there for a little over a year now and love the work they do. I've been to a few groomers around and the don't even come close. Petsmart is no where near the quality as they do here. read more

Such a bad experience for my pet, took in my 7 month old shihtzu to get groomed for his first time, once he was done i picked him up everything seemed fine until i got home i noticed he had blood on his back thought it was strange so i checked where the blood was coming from to find it was coming from his nail, i took him back to this place and they had already closed, i called the following day and asked why i wasnt notify the man said hed "fixed" it and it stopped bleeding i told him it wasnt okay he shouldve let me know once i picked up my bby, other than making his nail bleed my bby wasnt even bathd! When i picked him up i noticed he had a lot of small lose hair although it never came to mind the man didnt bathd him following with his nail i noticed he would shake his head a lot and cry constantly which i though it was weird i decided to bath him myself and realized hed really wasnt bathd after the bath i gave him he stopped shaking his head and the crying! Such BAD SERVICE i REGRET taking him to this place. Im not one to leave bad comments but the fact this "GROOMER" didnt let me know about making his nail bleed upsets me and not even bathing him even worse what did i pay for?!!!for him to "cut" my bbys hair only and not bath him over-cut a nail make him bleed please check your pet before taking him home and if you see a lot of lose hair on your pet he wasnt bathd! read more
