Tiffany is 7 months old Miniature toy poodle. Had her first puppy groom and she looked amazing. I was a bit nervous how she would react leaving her but she had an amazing time and was so happy when we collected her. I can easily and happily say that I am very happy with the service provided! She had a lovely haircut, blow dry, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and bath. I didn't recognise her at first! I'll definitely be going back for all her grooming, a great recommendation.

Peekapaw was able to provide an appointment the very next day. The staff were so nice and very welcoming. They really did such a great job on my puppy. I picked him up after about an hour. When I got there he came out so happy. The price was very reasonable for everything he got done. We are definitely going to come back.

We found this new grooming shop in West Covina! Owners were super friendly and loved our huskies. They were kind enough to take both doggos at a later hour. Groomers took a generous amount of time to make sure our doggos are comfortable and deeply cleansed. Doggos were soooooo soft after the grooming appointment definitely bringing them back after some adventurous hikes/beach days!

Patient enough to be specific with details of her services. Mango is randomly matted on his cheeks, armpits, and ears (if they'relong enough to drink water with him), and it requires patient techs to brush him out without suggesting a cut during bath and brush up keeps because I can brush his knots out myself but I would rather pay someone for this service so I know it's not necessary to cut during a "bath and brush" only appointments. Will be coming back to see how the cutting/grooming services will be like! Looks like the owner works alone, which makes sense for newly opened.

Thank you Peekapaw! Took my pup here and loved their store. The girls there definitely take their time with your pup and are thorough to get through every knot and matts. There are lots of cute import toys and dogs/cat beds for sale too. The girls were friendly and educated me on the advantages of what they call an "herb spa" which can help your pup's skin and coat. I will be back with my senior shih-tzu for that.

Have taken our pup 3 times now. Online booking available and open on weekends. When you fill out the online booking, you'll receive a text to confirm. You can choose the stylist as well, we have chosen Zoey each time, very good When you arrive, you fill out another form which gives you more specific styles, like hair length for head, ear, body, and tail. They also state the ca do deep dental cleaning but appointment only. This is weird because both specific styling and extra dental are not on the online form. Staff seem to be mainly Chinese speaking as well. Each visit for full grooming and added teeth cleaning is around $79 for small dog. They also sell their cute pet clothing and toys read more

I am so very happy to have found this place. It's so convenient and they did an amazing job with my Fluffy Dog!!! I tried to do her hair myself and just butchered it. When I brought her here she was ready in about an hour and her full service haircut was perfect! Their prices were very reasonable in comparison to what I found in the area. Under new management. The new owner did a good job grooming Bella (bath and brush). While she was unable to brush Bella's teeth or trim her paws due to Bella's hyper temperament, I am still happy that she was able to clean her ears. I'd say one step at a time. I hope that the owner will be able to do more with her next time. read more

I'm on the fence w/ this groomer. Very nice sweet staff. Facility very clean you can see where area where they work. Pricing is very good & gave a 10% disc. for 1st time customers. Although work on other dogs (Yelp pix) looked very clean & detailed I felt my pups cut was rough, choppy & uneven. My dog is 8mo. Old maybe he was too excited & moved a lot. Brought in my senior dog for a full groom plus teeth brushing. My dog gets very anxious around other dogs and when I brought her in and picked her up, she was the only dog around. It seemed like she felt very comfortable in the space. Her haircut turned out great and they even gave her a bow! Staff was very friendly as well. Would recommend PEEKAPAW to anyone! read more

I've had a traumatic experience where my puppy was cut in a weird shape so I've been hesitant and tried to groom at home for a few months. I asked them for full bath and they recommended bath and brush bc my dog didn't need grooming services. Anyway. They have done good job and grooming part. But.. they haven't groomed dog's stomach part and butt area. Just paws. I mean.. I requested de-shedding service. I am not really sure even they washed him. He doesn't smell good. Just smell less. Like they just blow him off... I am new in the area when we used to go other salon in LA, they are amazing. Smells good for like more than 2 weeks. Grooming is so clean like paws, butt, and stomach. Nails short and nice. Compare to other salons for same price, this salon wasn't really worth it. When I got there, the lady washing a dog back and kept sort of yelling "stop" "stop it". Well.. I should've left at that point. read more

First time here with my dog, I got the deshedding shampoo and the blueberry facial. The deshedding shampoo helps to release the fur easily. The blueberry facial is gentle for skin, and keep the smell with blueberry. The staff is very professional and friendly, she can handle my dog even my dog is exciting to see new people, she can calm my dog gentaly. The price is reasonable, if you have any breed of large dog or small dog, and don't want to do shower at home, please try peekapaw! read more

I like to show her reference photos I find online of similar looking dogs and explain to her that I want my dog's fur "not too short but not too long" with teddy bear face. He comes out perfect every time and his legs are the perfect length every time. Before I leave, she always makes sure I'm happy with how he looks and adjust/trims if I am being nitpicky (me problem). I don't particularly like the fresh cut look because it looks too "clean" but he looks absolutely perfect in like 2 weeks when his shag comes back! I can tell how much she loves her job by the way she speaks to him. I've gone to many many many groomers in my 20 years of dog ownership and I am loyal to Bluemoon! She is really flexible with appointments and I usually call a week in advance to get an appointment and she always has availabilities based on my schedule. I drop him off, remind her what I want, and pick him up when she calls/texts me in about 3 hours! It's in a shared lot with other businesses like a laundromat and more but I've never had issues finding parking.

Sadly, kiwi passed away and poor Koji needed some help. It was time to bring him back indoors! His hair was out of control! He was filthy, and needed major grooming. I mean MAJAHHH grooming. Check out the before and after pics... insane. You couldn't even see his eyes. I know bad fur mama. I searched for a local groomer and Sarah was the 1st to respond quickly! I got so lucky because someone had rescheduled and was able to bring Koji in immediately! Sarah is amazing. The minute Koji met her you can tell how passionate she is about her craft. She immediately connected with Koji, and gave me a brief consultation on how long it would take for the services. We left Koji with Sarah. Koji had a lot of work done! It took about 3 hours to make sure every area was given attention too. It's located by the West Covina mall -- so it wasn't a problem to kill some time. Koji got a full service groom ... which was teeth, nails, ears, sanitary shave, haircut/trim, skin check, bath, blueberry facial, and dry. He even came out with a cute bandana. We couldn't really style him because she had no choice but to shave his hair because it was so tangled. But You guys! OMG! He came out looking like a new dog and he smelled like a baby! . She did exceptional. I think there are very few groomers in this world who truly care about their clients and furry customers! Sarah is one of them -- she truly cares about you fur babies and will do whatever it takes to ensure the job is done with care. I highly recommend her for her grooming services! I saw she also offers a doggy day care. It's good to know I have someone I can trust to care for Koji when needed. I hardly give 5 stars unless I feel it's exceptional service--- and this groomer is!! I'll definitely be back! Thank you Sarah for your passion, your craft and attention to detail. I also did warn how he didn't really like his feet touched and they let me know he did push or pull from the girl grooming him a few times which i did expect. They did have him there from 11am-230pm which i feel like wasn't that bad to be honest. Sometimes you take your pet somewhere and they're there for up to 6 hours. I was a walk in and i understand there were dogs ahead of mine. Other than that I'm super happy, also he didn't seem to be overly stressed out either when i picked him up which shows a lot in a groomer! You can see dogs being trimmed behind the glass and the staff is pretty flexible with appointments, which I appreciated. I used to go to PetSmart but their pricing is so high, I wanted to try something locally owned. I'm glad I tried this place out! I'll be bringing Nala back.

Completely unacceptable!!! I bring my cat here for grooming. When it's ready for pick up I went in and saw my cat was bleeding all over the places. Because Due to improper care, the nail fell off and bled profusely. They offered me 10 dollars off for this service.I did not accept this offer so still pay regular price for everything and It's absolutely disgusting. Nobody cares about that small amount of money. All They care about is money itself, not your pet!!!!!. I spent 800 Dollars taking my pet to the vet. Didn't reply back any apologize.
