The next day Jacquie called to schedule another appointment to complete the work the following week. Cody took care of the issue (adding a backwater valve to the drainage piping and replacing some PVC with proper T&P piping) and followed up with the inspector, getting the work approved within a day. Just relaxing in minimal clothing on her bed, a member of Twin Rivers Plumbing unlocked her door with a key and entered. No knock, NOTHING. The entire apartment building was having plumbing issues, but they gave her no warning in this moment before they entered. She was very disturbed, as she lived alone and frequently would hang out in her underwear because it was hot outside. This was a huge violation of her privacy. Apparently the worker (white male) apologized, but unlocking without knocking on an apartment door is EXTREMELY unprofessional - and I believe illegal.
