The existing tires I had were mud terrains and were on the lower end of quality so some unbalancing issues were evident, also to me when driving my vehicle over 65. I called to get some over the phone pricing from the local BMW dealership, for just the tire! After they gave me a price I decided to call around to some other places. After speaking to Moe at Tampa Bay wholesale, I knew I had to take my car there. Moe was upfront, completely transparent, and took his time to talk to me. He treated me like an individual, like a friend. He answered my questions gave me guidance and let me make my own decision. It just felt so honest, open and Trustworthy. I paid $800 and the AC was blowing hot air the next day. I took it back to the shop where the owner Vincent said that if it didn't work to bring it back and he would take care of it. The next day he said my fan was broken and needed another part for $500. This place is incompetent and just naming parts to repair and charge for labor. They said that when they originally assessed my car, the fan was fine.... Which was all of one day after I took my car back.
