The floor looks great, it was a very good price, and the carpet we had installed to replace our old carpet on the stairs and upstairs landing is high quality, and again was installed by Jack with great care. Hesam and his team was very professional. Hesam promptly came in our house with measurement and estimate of materials and labor, low priced and honest. Hesam helped us to select solid hardwood floor that matched up with small part of our existing hardwood floors. The hardwood floor materials (floorings, reducer and stair nose) are high quality made in USA. The service team lead by Leo were very talented, friendly and hard working. They were very efficient from hauling the old carpets, well preparing the floor (fixing weak and squeaking spots) before installation, I really appreciate the craftmanship of installation, specifically the stairs and seamless flushing of all the transitions between the hard wood and existing floor bases (entrance marble, existing hardwood floors, three ceramic bathroom floors and the exit to our sunroom) which made the whole floor looked so beautiful through out the house.

The fact that I am on the 2nd floor in a condo complex, makes this less of a favorite for many contractors I talked to. There are limited space to work and a constant need to be clean in the open (shared) area to add another layer of work to the team. But Gabriel and his team came in and did the work without complaint and they clean the shared area to their best ability at the end of each day. Even though I am on a tide budget, the quality of the materials and detail of the work were not compromised at all. The contractors who came onsite are polite, professional and would go the extra mile to make sure everything is set up correctly so I can move back into the home smoothly There was a little hiccup during the renovation but it was resolved quickly and professionally allowing the project to move along and be completed within the time expected. We bought 59 boxes of flooring after Robert informed us that they are in stock. We arranged for a rental truck and our handyman to pick up after Robert told us they are available. Our handyman informed us only 4 out of the 59 boxes were the ones we ordered with the rest as wrong! We called Robert right away and he said the warehouse made a mistake and he will call us back. He never did to this day and it'll been over 2 months. I continued to call and text him with absolutely no response and eventually came to his store only to have him be missing. His brother told us that Robert would call us when he returns and guess what, he never did. Then his brother called the supplier and told us to come back on March 15th. Well it's March 15th, 2024 today and guess what! Neither Robert nor my order is here. Once again, we are in the position to WAIT. I demanded for a return of my check which he cashed right away when we gave it to him back in January. He told me to come back next week and I told him that I don't trust that he will give me the money. He just hung up on me. They are criminals! Do NOT waste your money and time here!!!
