Sadly, I forget his assistant's name, despite talking to her several times and we also share the same birthday. But we had a good laugh when I first went in because I handed her my paperwork, which I unfortunately forgot to fill out. But afterwards everything went smooth and efficiently. They were able to order me some custom lenses which came in within 1.5 weeks and when I finally decided on the color I received my actual pair within the next few days. With medical eyedrops before and after the surgery, recovery was complete with no complication at all. I was nearsighted with stigmatism, wearing thick lens all my adult life. After the surgery, I have 20/20 vision and no longer need to wear glasses for driving. However, I do wear a pair of bifocals, primarily for reading. At my 6-month return check-up, Dr. Albrecht found some "stuff" as normal reactions to the operation (which didn't seem to bother me at all.)
