Terrific service. I contacted Bay Area Screens on Yelp mid-afternoon on Monday, May 12 and communicated with Ana G. She had me measure the screens and gave me a price to the penny for repairing those three screens. Then she gave me an appointment for Wednesday (with a 3 hour window) for someone to come, uninstall the screens and take them away to be repaired. A man came on Wednesday, May 14. We really appreciate the work from Bay Area screens. I think it basically amounted to $40 a screen but they came to the house took them out, took them back to the shop, super responsive about the ETA for when they were going to be done and it came back inside and put them all in. He was so nice I forget his name, but some of the milgard windows were falling apart, The balancers were messed up and he reinstalled the balancers with a beautiful temporary fix until milgard was able to get out of here and he didn't charge me. One of my screens was bent, I was expecting a charge for a new screen but I think they either fixed it for free gave it to me for free. I didn't ask and they didn't mention. I think they just went ahead and gave me a new one for free because that's the type of company,employees and people that they are. And they put new metal tabs, the pull up things on the bottom of the screen versus those stupid black plastic ones that cribble up from the Sun! read more
