We only ordered pipe and drape from them, but it turned out to be so beautiful and they were able to accomodate us when we called 3months away from the big day. Beverly is easy to work with, we did have one snag in pricing/mis communication, but Beverly did everything to fix it and all was good. (They just took a long time to process my check which then messed up other payments that had been pending, Beverly offered to reimburse me for the fee, but it wasnt necessary, and it didnt happen again) After booking, I didnt really speak to her until a week or so before. Which is a little nerve wracking, but isn't bad because you know you are in good hands. I sent a diagram of the room, and how I wanted the draping for the ceremony and reception, and it was incredible. The draping changed and enhanced the room so much, my husband and I still think it was one of the best ways we spent our money. They also have great prices, we ordered 30ft of drape with crystal beading overlay, all of that only cost us about $650, in comparison every other place we looked was double. I would book them again and highly recommend them to other brides/event coordinators.

Here are reasons why we liked working with Especially Yours: 1. Quick responses and thoroughness - I'm a total Type A person, meaning I want responses ASAP. Beverly was so quick with her responses, and very thorough with her explanations. Throughout the wedding planning process and meeting with different vendors, we learned to really really appreciate Beverly. There were vendors who told us they'll meet up with us only to not show up. Sometimes we can't get a hold of some people. So I can't thank Beverly enough for making this a very pleasant part of the planning. 2. Professionalism and responsible - Beverly is very professional and responsible. When she said she'll do something, she gets it done! Throughout the 150+ emails with her, we got a sense that we can trust her to do a great job on our wedding, and on time too! She's a very busy lady, but made time to meet up with us on multiple occasions. The first was to show us how the chairs, cushions, and linens would look like. The second was to collect other wedding items that she went out of her way to get for us. 3. Conditions of the chairs - The chairs were in excellent condition on the day of the wedding. Gold chairs are pretty common, and I was a bit worried about wear and tear. However, the chairs were great! 4. Flexibility - We were going to order 280 black chairs with black cushions, and 28 black table covers for our previous venue. Things got complicated, and we somehow ended up at Yank Sing with 332 gold chairs, and no table linens. Beverly was very accommodating and worked with us. Some vendors will give you a hard time about this, but she didn't. Again, more appreciation. 5. Well connected - She's been in the business for awhile and knows so many people. We were able to get our cake stand and cupcake stand through her. It's also a plus that she's worked with our Day of Coordinator, Events by Satra, and our lighting company, Enhanced Lighting. Further, she's a preferred vendor for Yank Sing. This helped the flow of our wedding day. She also gave us some recommendations to other vendors. Again, thanks Beverly. We chose the birch option (loved its simplicity) and it was beautiful and photographed great. They were able to add in my step dad's Tallit as well. They put it up and took it down so quickly and efficiently! Our wedding was on a Saturday and they worked on Shabbat. Would highly recommend!

On the day of, they arrived early and built the whole Chuppah in the backyard were we had our wedding without intervention required from the bridal party & planners. All in all, it was seamless. Her team also broke down the Chuppah before our reception and just in time to turn our Chuppah area into the dance floor for our dinner party. However my experience from start to finish was NOT perfect. I'm only giving a 2 star because the items were beautiful but otherwise this is truly a 1 star service. The bad: - communication with my rep was extremely unreliable. I had to call their office to ask their office manager to slack her multiple times. - some of the chairs I rented were damaged before my event and, while I did in fact get them for my special day, it was not communicated to me that they were indeed fixed. - the delivery was supposed to arrive between 2pm and 3pm. It didn't arrive until 3:30pm. My event started at 4pm. - every time I would communicate with my rep, I asked her to send me a pdf so I could understand the charges. Instead it was always to link to pay but that page doesn't show me what I am renting of any changes. It was super unclear. - finally, the kicker. I told my rep to charge my card on file 72 hours (3.5 days beforehand), however it was until 4:30pm on Friday (the day before my event) that she let me know my card wasn't working. I had to frantically forward my fiancé the bill so he could pay because I was driving. I have email receipts of this. I tried calling my rep back but she didn't answer the call. I ended up pulling to the side of the road and having a panic attack. I do not recommend this service.

She was prompt in responding to me and gave me different options after gauging the look I was going for. The format of contract/invoice is cool because you get to see the idea of how everything will be placed visually. I LOVED seeing the vintage lounge furniture at our reception. The guests loved it and the furniture really made for great pictures. If we could have had the entire event outfitted by One True Love we would have. It is definitely worth the price and the business is a pleasure to work with start to finish.
