the day before I had gotten my toes done with Lee and it honestly was a good service. I did have to mention a few things but it's just because I like them done a certain way. I made an appointment for an acrylic set the following day because I liked the pedicure service. I asked for a square short French set and my opinion definitely changed. I asked her three times to fix the shape and told me that she wasn't done and basically that she knew what she was doing. After that I had completely given up on telling her to fix it bec I clearly knew I wasn't gonna get it how I liked it. at the end of the appointment you could tell I wasn't happy like the day before. I got up to pay my $55 (which honestly for this set, was not worth it.) To add a tip you gave to first pay with the card and manually press the tip button. I'm not sure what gave her the impression to think I was happy enough with the service to leave a tip but she decided to REACH AROUND THE COUNTER and press tip. I looked at her said "it's good like that" and she shockingly said "oh". I'm not the one to just walk away and leave tip but honestly it was a horrible experience. I'm not sure where to begin. I just went to this place for the second time after deciding to give them a second chance due to my sister recommending certain nail techs. So I made an appointment for 9:30 and arrived to the parking lot at 9:10 waiting for the salon to open up. Immediately walked in a couple minutes before opening and told them I had made an appointment. The tech for my nails wasn't there yet so they insisted that I do my feet first. At that point I didn't care who did my hands since it's not my usual place, I just wanted to get my feet done with my sisters, one I was with and the other was on the way. We figured we'd get our hands out of the way first while my other sister was coming and she didn't need her hands done. They still insisted on feet first even though it didn't matter who did my hands at that point and mind you it was like 10 minutes after my initial appointment time, going back and forth. The lady who was there was calling the tech I was waiting for. Again, I was there on time, waiting for the person I made an appointment with. I was fine no big deal, I'll take anyone. Final, they said for us to do the pedicure first. An hour goes by, pedicure was fine. Kelly was very nice and did a great job. I sat down and waited for my tech that I've been waiting for since I walked in who was finishing with another client which was no biggie. I sat there for about 20 minutes waiting then she calls me to her table. She said give her a minute. It took about another 20 minutes and during this my sister was just about done with her hands while I have not been seen. It was not busy at all and there were enough employees. When she finally showed up, I just about had it. I told her I'm not going to do my nails today because it's been taking too long. She was dumbfounded. She goes on to blame me for getting a pedicure first and stated that she has been here since opening which was a lie when I walked in before 9:30. My sister chimed in and said that we were waiting for her to come in but everyone insisted on the pedicure first so it wasn't my fault. And the other tech was on the phone with her at 9:30 stating that she will be late. It was not only her placing blame on me but also lack of consideration of my time. Her disappearing that long was to take care of another customer which is fine as long as you let me know and not having me sit there not knowing what was going on. Another sad part was that she was the owner. I'm sorry this is not how to run a business nor treat a new client. I come from a line of customer service and I know the customer is not always right but for you to place blame on the customer for something your associates insisted on and lying about something like being on time when you were not, is not ok in my book. Being late was not the problem, life happens, but don't treat people that way for something you did. I will for sure not be going back. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Nina did my pedicure. All I can say after you see these pictures, is maybe she doesn't know how to handle sensitive ingrown nails. Not a good experience . Update‼ 2/4/20... I got a message from Nina & she offered a free pedicure & of course apologized. The nail salon is beautiful & very clean, so please don't be discouraged by this post. They have been there a long time & the ladies that work there are very nice. Just not for me. But thank you. read more

I've come here and been very satisfied with my nails, other times not so much. Watch for splotchy polish with some parts darker (thicker) some parts lighter colored, nails not filled in all the way to the cuticle or corners, and I've had a technician snip my fingers at the cuticle causing it to bleed. When they do good, they really do good but when they don't.... read more

Great service and prices!! I have been coming to this place for a few years and it never disappoints me. I got a pedicure done today and it was the best. My nails were cut shorter and cleaned without even asking. The massage was great and the place was clean. I recommend this place for pedicures. read more

overprice and sloppy work!!!! no courtesy to even clean a bit of the cuticles when getting tips or sns they leave the corners ugly, no lotion applied to hands, very terrible work with the application. the prices should be lower for the low quality of work read more

If I could I would definitely give them a 0 rating. Paid $60 for my daughter to get her gel pedicure and manicure done and the next day they literally peeled right off since they painted her skin without cleaning it properly. Came to get them redone and they told me it was normal for that to happen. SERIOUSLY??? Then they told us they were too busy and asked for us to come back at a later time. No refund was given and I will definitely NEVER come to this place again. Unacceptable customer service and obviously a horrible job done! read more

I am a bit upset with this nail salon. I barely ever go get my nails done and when I do I try to be understanding and not ask for much. Today was suppose to be a treat before I go into labor. 9 months pregnant :) Even met up with a coworker/friend to make it fun. We got separated and was not able to sit next to each other, understandable if it's busy, but as nail tech, Nga? procedure with my pedi, she seemed a bit rushed and told the other girls in Vietnamese (yes I understand Vietnamese and understood their whole conversation) that she had me to do but will quickly finish what she can to take care of another person. I don't mind if she can do her job fast to help other but this is my problem.. she ended up hurting me while cutting my cuticles not once but multiple times. Some where not noticeable but when she moved on to the other foot, I had 3 toes bleeding. I didn't want to make a big deal but I did twitched a few times due to pain and she apologized once. I looked at my friend with disappointment but didn't want to ruin her experience with her tech so I smiled and attempted to move on with my mani. While doing my mani, a family of 3 came in and again she was rushing to get them seat and said that if they aren't taken care of in Vietnamese that they would leave. I felt like my experience was short and rushed and as a result, poor quality care.. If I get an infection due to carelessness because the tech was rushing to see more patients within the next few days right before I give birth. I will be very upset as it's the last thing a new mom to be needs to worry about. After all that, I had to wait a while for the same tech to finish someone eye brown to check me out and as she watched me sign my name on the slip I felt uncomfortable and left a nice tip I shouldn't have left due to the pressure of her watching me sign. Other than that, the place appeared clean and the tech was nice but I just wished she took better care of me. read more

I love Maria Nails! The employees are super nice and the place is kept clean and up to date. Kelly and Mary have been absolutely wonderful and I never leave unhappy. I recommend you make an appointment, they can get very busy. They strive to keep their customers happy, and I go out of my way to get services done from them. My whole family uses them as a matter of fact. SNS is perfect every time! I've had it done in other places before and the work was not that great. I highly recommend them! read more

Love this place! Their prices are fair and reasonable; and their staff is super friendly and accommodating. I had Linda for my mani, pedi today. She was fantastic! Took her time and her foot and hand massages were great and very relaxing. The environment is quite nice. The pedicure section is separate from the manicure section which is nice it makes environment quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be back. Went today for a acrylic refill w new gel polish and pedi and brows . Absolutely loved it . Same lady did it all . My nails came out amazing with a perfect shape and everything. Im here on vacation from miami and was super worried about who to go to and looked at tons of reviews and decided on going here and thank god i did . This is a great place to go with if you want dip powder or honestly anytime of nails. They have plexi glass between the customer and them and they make sure that everyone that comes in has masks, which is is great. The only real thing I was bummed about is that they don't have gel nails but other than that they left my nails very nice. Would definitely recommend! read more

This place uses MMA for acrylic nails! My nails hurt so bad while getting them done she was burning me with the nail drill when I told her it was hurting she started to get rough with me,this lady cut my mom on her toes she was being to rough and then she didn't even apologize while my moms toes were bleeding like crazy on the nail polish!!!
