Terrible sloppy cuticles not even cut or fixed

overprice and sloppy work!!!! no courtesy to even clean a bit of the cuticles when getting tips or sns they leave the corners ugly, no lotion applied to hands, very terrible work with the application. the prices should be lower for the low quality of work

    Gel Mani done by Linda

Love this place! Their prices are fair and reasonable; and their staff is super friendly and accommodating. I had Linda for my mani, pedi today. She was fantastic! Took her time and her foot and hand massages were great and very relaxing. The environment is quite nice. The pedicure section is separate from the manicure section which is nice it makes environment quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be back. I enjoyed my time there and will definitely be back soon!

I enjoyed my time here, they did my nails good enough. Only a few spots that are small but i could notice them. I got the white gel acrylics and my best friend got acrylics regular polish.

You can valet at the front, and as long as you have your ticket validated, parking is complimentary, which is a nice perk. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We were greeted right away and offered a quick tour of the facilities (optional, but I'd recommend it), then taken to the locker rooms where everything was set up for us, lockers, robes, and spa shoes. The amenities are honestly next-level. They had everything you could think of: q-tips, combs, brushes, hair dryers, hairspray, shower steamers, sugar scrubs, you name it. There was also a lounge area stocked with water and light snacks, which made it easy to relax before and after services. I booked a 50-minute relaxation massage with Shelly, and she was amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable from the start, and the experience felt very personalized. Before beginning, they have you smell two different aromatherapy oils to see what your body needs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The massage itself was incredible, I would absolutely book with her again. Afterward, we spent time enjoying the rest of the amenities, especially the pool. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The staff really goes above and beyond, they set you up with a covered chair and even drape a towel to create a pillow for you. The pool temperature was perfect, and having servers walking around to take food and drink orders made it feel even more luxurious. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the beautiful facilities, attentive staff, and little details that make everything feel elevated, I would definitely come back again.

This truly is a great place with great people and you are in VERY good hands. They also have other beauty treatments available (that I will be looking into because they have impressed me for sure!) I hit save and submit and the system came up and I was able to see the appointment book. I am pretty sure thats breaking HIPPA. I was seen by Laura who was amazing. She didn't push any upgrades on me but did offer them and explain how they each work. I have in the past done the peppermint oil for headaches and my husband has done the CBD for pain. When my husband was paying for our services the front desk girl was overly pushy about becoming a member, I didn't like that. My husband saw Michaela, I believe, he said she was great and used the perfect pressure. I would go back to see Laura again. The lobby was clean, the massage table was warm, the music was calm. If the people aren't very careful and quiet you can hear them talk during your service.

The massage therapist was adequate, but definitely not above average. What I found completely unacceptable was being told at checkout that I was required to leave a $40 gratuity because I combined two massage packages together. I asked three separate times to see this policy in writing, and no one was able to provide it. If gratuity is mandatory, customers should be clearly informed before their appointment -- not surprised at checkout. Requiring a tip, especially without disclosing it in advance or being able to show the policy in writing, is inappropriate and not the level of customer service I expect from a business I have supported for over a decade.

I chose Sand Lake Dermatology Center after a negative experience with another clinic. The reviews…read moreare great so I felt like this would be a good choice and so far after two appointments, I really like this clinic and Dr Mailer. Before coming to Sand Lake Dermatology I had a biopsy at another clinic and was scheduled to have a carcinoma removed. I was unable to have this done at the other clinic so I booked the first appt available with Sand Lake Dermatology which was set for the end of July. Once I was able to get my records sent to the clinics, a staff member called me right away and moved my appointment to have a carcinoma removed from my face to last week. Because of the interactions I had over the phone and online with this clinic, I felt comfortable having this clinic remove the carcinoma even though I had not even seen the clinic nor doctor. While I was mildly aware of what the procedure entailed, the staff that prepared me answering questions and numbing me(Marisol and Aaron) were great and made me feel comfortable. Dr Mailer was just as nice and made me feel comfortable. I was of course aware of the dr performing the procedure, I couldn't see it and didn't feel it. The procedure is called Moh's procedure where they typically cut away the determined margin around the affected area, bandage you up and let the patient wait in the lobby while the removed specimen is being reviewed in the onsite lab. If the lab determines that not enough was removed to show clear margins, the patient is brought back in and the dr removes more repeating the process until margins are clear. In my case, the dr removed all that needed to be removed leaving clear margins so after the lab results returned after a couple of hours, I was brought back into the procedure room and the dr proceeded to stitch up my wound applying dissolving stitched under the skin and removable stitches outside. My appointment for follow up and outer stitches removal was set for one week later( this past Tuesday). I was prescribed a heavy antibiotic and advised to keep Vaseline on the stitched up area and keep it covered with a bandage that is changed daily. Once I was stitched up, I mentioned a growth I have noticed on my eyelid and the dr suggested that on my follow up appointment she would take a biopsy. So this past Tuesday I had stitches removed, the area where I had stitches seems to be healing well and it doesn't appear that there will be a heavy scar. I am happy to see this as the area that was removed was quite large and the area stitched was quite long. The nurse, Natalie numbed my face, the stitches were removed and I didn't feel anything. They also numbed my eyelid so the biopsy could be taken. This is a sensitive area so this was a bit more intense but it went quickly and the biopsy was done. I will likely have results next week. What could have been a high anxiety first procedures (I've never had any surgery or stitches) turned out to be a pretty smooth experience. I recommend consideration of Sand Lake Dermatology as the staff and Dr Mailer were great, the waiting room is comfortable and even the staff that manages scheduling, check in, check out, nurses, physicians assistants all made me feel important, individual and taken care of. I wish all medical experiences could be similar to what I experienced.
