For…read moreSunday brunch we ended up going to Greenhouse Cafe and came across this huge shop and initially thought it was a thrift shop, but I remember I'd heard about Charity Shop through a FB event ad. Anyway, I love shops like this where you can "treasure hunt" so had to check it out. "Charity Shop Wholesale is a division of Charity Shop LLC. We help resellers, business owners, brokers, and more source quality return and overstock product to help their business's grow. We are also open to the general public FREE of charge providing great deals, 40% to 80% off the original retail price from companies like Target, Home Depot, Amazon, Lowe's, Walmart, Ashley Furniture and more!" We went to check it out briefly and were so glad we did. We did a brief look but saw nice discounted furniture that we're going to likely go back for! We bought cat litter that's normally $15 on chewy for $10. And a box of Japanese face masks that sell for $15 on Amazon for $9. Then hubby got hangry and had to leave. Charity shop is located near Big Lots and Gold's Gym and yay, on my way home from work / only 8min from home and open till 7pm on weekdays so I expect I'll be going there often now!!! Go check it out!

Upon entry you are delightfully greeted by a tip of a hat and a milday, which is precisely my pace. I galavanted into the corridors merely endeavoring for two items. A plethora of toilet paper, 7 years worth to be precise, and a bakers dozen of Costco's finest hot dogs. Prices are exceptional, and logistics were effortless. I stuffed my Kirkland cargo utility trousers with a revolvers chamber worth of flaccid meat conduits, my thighs began to cook the dogs from the radiant heat due to intense frolicking throughout the aisles. I've always ran hot, like an aged thunderbird. I just had to sample the various succulent provenders that act as end caps to the enabling aisles of over consumption, Tis the American way and I for one, am a true patriot. People call me Americas sweetheart. At any rate, I now can wipe relentlessly without worry of depleting my supply of rumpus papyrus. And I've got my dogs with me for the next 30 minutes. Life is good. Costco is great. Best Regards, JC

Costco on Baseline has to have the rudest, most unprofessional, and most incompetent cashier, specifically Lupe # 823, and checkout people, namely a woman named Talia at the exit. In 31 yrs. I've never had any problems at Costco. Today it seemed that everyone hated their job. From now on I will shop at Sam's club, or at Amazon Fresh. Who needs this negativity and rudeness? I don't.

The staff were super friendly and attentive! I came in for a heat mold for my boots for the upcoming season. I had called a day prior to get a price quote on the service and was satisfied with the answer. When I came in, I was told a different price. After explaining that I was originally quoted the agreed upon price, Reili (staff member) agreed to honor the original price I was told. Once we got started with the heat mold process, Reili continued to be attentive and gave me time-reminders. Once I put the boots on, I still had a couple pressure spots that were bothersome on the top of my feet, he continued to observe and offered a solution to fix the issue. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this place and would HIGHLY recommend it for anyone looking to get their snow gear!

Sent me in to get new skis from their rental shop. After lessons, i paid to have skis waxed to use rest of my trip. Icing on the cake was Clark's tried to charge me another day for being late to drop off by 2.5 hours even though the roads to Tahoe have been closed due to the storm. In short, had really high hopes but will try another rental shop in future.

I've never been to the one in Roseville before so I decided to check it out since I was in the area. They have a good variety of wines, comparable to the one I usually visit in West Sacramento. I mainly go to Grocery Outlet for wine so the wine selection is very important to me. What I did notice was surprisingly how large the store was. I'm not sure if they have more aisles than the one I regularly go to but one thing is for sure, the aisle are A LOT wide which makes it a much more comfortable shopping experience. The store was IMMACULATE. Unbelievably clean and everything was well stocked and very organized. All of the items were nicely put in it's place vs shoved around everywhere. I did go in the middle of the day on a Monday so maybe that's why it was so empty. I felt like I had the whole store to myself. It is in a shopping plaza with a bunch of other stores. Very nice large parking lot. I would definitely stop by here again if I'm in the area.

Staff knew the shoppers and likewise- seemed like my old Safeway store from 15 years ago when the staff were much friendlier and helpful. I spoke with a few checkers and told them that I was blown away with the way the shelves were neatly stacked, produce looked so inviting to buy, and the workers were working! No lolly-gagging or long faces like I see sometimes in our local G.O. I wished this team and its trainers could train the staffs I've encountered here in the Bay Area. I'm not saying ours was poor, but the level of help and the smiles I received at Roseville Square's G.O. were amazing and friendly. My wife was laughing at me at how "excited" I was to shop in this wonderful and clean store!! I wish I could shop at this G.O. but it's a bit too far and the weather is way too warm for me! LOL ;-)
