Dr. diagnosed moderate hip arthritis. Don't believe what they tell ya sometimes. I only had a weak glute medius and minimum. Here at Bay rehabilitation, I was given exercises to strengthen these muscles and was monitored closely by individuals of team. As I improved, they increased the weight and or level of the exercise. Now, I feel great! I know exactly what I need to do to stay optimal. There's nothing better than that feeling! But, the joy i felt with the team when I was there is second best! Told ya I'd be back. Only this time they're taking care of my kid. Love that they've expanded and have added more therapists and assistants. Music selection is awesome. They have been kind and patient with my girl, which is HUGE for me. Staff is incredibly appropriate when assisting my kiddo hands on ; also a plus for this momma bear. They follow orders, know their anatomy and always ask you if you are in pain the day of your visit. They are not a typical office running behind on schedule. They are punctual! Which is pretty impressive. If I was asked what one thing would I change I would say that patients, especially PEDS population, should only have 1 therapist working consistently with the kiddo. Every single healthcare provider has a different approach to their craft. The body knows that. Plus it helps the kiddo build trust with their therapist. A thought. Oh, and a guardian should stay in the building wile accompanying minors too. Food for thought. I'll end with this. I'm incredibly grateful that these humans exist. read more

Ohhh boy.... I just got done with my first real full apt with them. The first was more meet n greet and an assessment of my status with Natalie. She was FANTASTIC! Orientation was great, very professional and focused on assessing my pain and damage to my shoulders and how it affects my overall body. And she was wonderful, kind and courteous and sent me home with some PT activity / work outs to do and comfortable that I would be in good and competent hands there. So I'm booked for the next month. Today was my first day with Ryan. A nice guy and a very good therapist. He pushed my shoulders to where the 'edge' of their limit is to the threshold of pain, and just over it so we make progress!!! Well done, so we move forward with out further damage. I feel I am in good hands. Give them a try, I am sure you too will be in good hands. read more

Took my aunt here after seeing Dr. Kim for my aunt's knee surgery. The physical therapy and front office staff were nothing but kind, sweet and AMAZAZZING! The quality of care was above and beyond. I think the PT's name was Natalie, she was very professional and caring. She was very gentle with my aunt and helped her from walking with a walker to now participating in 5k's!!! This is my second time visiting Bay Rehab; the first was for right shoulder surgery (post op) and this time is for left shoulder surgery. Needless to say, the reason I'm back is the attention that was given to me on my first visit(s) was nothing less than superb! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Veronica, who goes above and beyond to help with all insurance/workers comp issues to scheduling conflicts, to the actual therapists, Natalie, Brett and the entire staff, you always feel welcome. They all treat you on a very personal level and don't make you feel like you're just another patient as I've experienced at other facilities in the past which are run like a mill. For anyone looking for that "attention to detail " I would highly recommend Bay Rehab. Professionalism, kindness and courtesy should be their motto! read more

I am having a good experience since coming and now we know what my diagnosis is. It's been a hard battle and I always feel better when I leave. Despite crying in agony while I'm there... thanks Natalie. (She's the sweetest person and can also push you pretty hard to get better!) I have been coming here for about 3 months. Natalie is the woman of my nightmares, but truly love the way she helps me get stronger. Veronica always greets me with a smile and Kenny keeps me laughing. I have been to physical therapy on two previous occasions and those offices were nothing like Bay Rehabilitation. Everyone at Bay is super friendly, genuinely friendly and helpful. They laugh and joke with patients while getting the job done. Veronica the receptionist is so helpful. Natalie and Susan are amazing, but I have to give props to my physical therapist Brett because he does an awesome job while making me laugh and pushing me to get better. I'm nowhere near the end but so far I've made substantial improvements and I owe it all to Brett.He's so supportive and positive as everyone in the office is. I'm glad I chose this location for my rehabilitation. I highly recommend it. read more

I have been working with Natalie, Bret and Veronica for months now after having spinal surgery due to a work injury. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and encouragement in helping me get my strength back. I know my back will never be same after breaking it but I do look forward to the day I can walk a half Marathon like I used to. I was on the fence about going to PT following my orthoscopic knee surgery but, I'm so glad I went. This rehab facility is legit, awesome, dope, or whatever the kids are calling great, today. My 9 year old daughter has been coming here for about 4 weeks now, twice a week for her meniscus and I couldn't be happier with this place. Bret, Natalie, Susy, and Veronica are amazing. My 9 year old doesn't dread coming here even though they push her to her limits. I love the fact that it's a small place because they make it very personable.
