I chose them for 2 major reasons. 1) they were going to deal with the scheduling of the removal and réinstallation of our solar panels. And 2) Shahar was so kind, informative, and honest during our consultation. He was through and kept us updated every step of the way. When our project finally started the crew were so respectful and kind! We found way more damage than we expected which resulted in our quote going up. However, due to Shahar being honest at the consultation we knew this was a possibility so it wasn't super shocking. The crew was great at cleaning up at the end of every day, which we appreciate as we have chickens, ducks, a puppy and cat as well as a child who are outside. When the project was done, there were a few concerns we had, we talk to Shahar and he quickly corrected and had the crew fix the items. Our roof is beautiful and will hopefully last many many years to come. I am thankful we went with Apollo Roofing and Happy Shahar was our project manager.

He clearly explained what was necessary versus what was optional, and I never felt upsold. When additional issues came up, including the need to replace roof decking before the shingles could go on, Israel reached out immediately. Even with that added scope, the total cost still ended up roughly in line with the next lowest bid, which had not included decking. He also went above and beyond on a skylight repair by having his crew prime the interior area to make things easier for the next crew. To top it off, when the job was done, Israel walked the roof with me and explained everything that had been completed. All around, this was an ideal contractor experience. Day one, removed whole roof, had a dumpster to haul away the debris. Assessed what was under & found a section with dry rot. Covered roof with a big tarp . Next day, repaired dry rot, replaced all plywood on roof , day three installed all new vents atop roof & replaced all gutters & downspouts installed tarpaper & new roof shingles!!
