I showed up to pick up my prescription around 5pm. I was told that they did not have it. The drive thru technician is extremely rude, not a sorry or anything. After calling the pharmacy to question where my prescription was I was met with more rudeness. Apparently if you say this is bs, they lose all patience with you. They were trying to tell me and my wife that we were lying. After a 2 hour ordeal, they finally found the prescription filed under the wrong date. The icing on the cake was they didn't even have it attached to the correct profile. I updated all of my information last week, never received an email confirmation about my prescription. This pharmacy is lackluster and needs to be investigated. If this is how they treat their patients, I feel bad for the ones who frequent this location. If I were you, I'd take any prescriptions elsewhere. Just a lack of professionalism on so many levels and they want be help accountable. Walgreens should be ashamed of this type of service

It was packed with people which is always the vibe but there is never a long wait. They quickly get everyone in and out with their items. I got their chopped brisket sandwich and a blueberry cheesecake ice cream bar. The sandwich was $8.99 and the ice cream was only a $1.48. Not only was my food affordable, it was amazing. My brisket sandwich was stacked with succulent brisket in BBQ sauce and my ice cream was so rich and flavorful. I loved it. This will always be my go to place to stop by when traveling!

This is my neighborhood grab-and-go gas station that is maybe a 4 minute walk. You can count on me…read morehiking there in the wee hours with coffee in hand headed to buy the papers and maybe a banana. If they sold cold wine they would triple their take from me! The staff doesn't turn over at all and are all lovely. The SF cops hang out here so it is a great place to get the local updates w/o gossip. Great for quick propane exchanges as well! The lady at the desk when I came in to ask early on 2/1/2024 to assist my mother in law with her low tire pressure was rude and dismissive. Furthermore, the machine is labeled 5 minutes for $2 and doesn't say don't do any lesser amount as it won't turn on. So when I questioned if I can get my $0.75 back, it wasn't because I'm broke and need it. It's about the integrity of the service that is supposedly offered here.
