I use Dash for my boss' travel all over the world and also for visiting guests to our offices (Board of Directors, Sales Team, VIPs etc...). I am the type that needs to know where my guys are at all times. Last minute changes are never an issue and calls and texts fly all times of the day and night to keep me up to the minute! Their prices are great and VERY competitive and the gratuity is usually included in the quoted price! Sweet! Uber, Lyft, taxis?? I just can't bring myself to even suggest them ever. Do you see how people drive on a regular basis - yeah, not getting in a car with some stranger who's driving habits are possibly wreckless! Have you seen the scams some of them are pulling - why risk it?! I always call Dash FIRST! Trustworthy, vetted drivers and always polite. Cars are clean and top notch! My boss has commented about how the drivers are well dressed and courteous. (We had another company we used that sent a driver to pick him up. Boss described the car and driver as "dirty and rude" - we never called them for another ride!) Customer Service is important!!!! Meryl and crew have that down! Super sweet! Punctuality is vital and they are always right there to whisk the passengers to their destination. It's like if you looked up reliable in Websters there would be that sassy pic of Meryl with a definition of "trusted; dependable in achievement, accuracy, honesty". Called ahead to set everything up, gave them my pickup time, and when I checked in a few days before the trip out of pure travel anxiety, they had me down for the exact time I'd given them. Driver showed up right on the dot. The vehicle was a big clean SUV, plenty of room for luggage, and the ride to the airport was smooth and safe the whole way. Got dropped off right at the door we needed, which matters when you're pulling bags out at a busy terminal. The part I appreciated most was the billing. They invoiced me after the trip, so there was no scrambling for a card or working out a tip with the driver in the moment. Zero hassle on departure day, which was the whole point.
