My grandchildren attended Bay Vista 9 years ago best thing that my daughter ever did was taking them there ! One is now in high school and the other one is in Middle School straight A students I believe that all started from them going to bay Vista well also ther mother! let me start off with horrible communication. They have carpets all through the school and I have never seen them once have a company come in a clean. they have mold in the classrooms from the storms and never cleaned the carpets. or changed them even though they got soaked with storm water. it smelled horrendous for weeks.. the teachers are wonderful. Mrs.Diane and Colleen are both completely unprofessional and don't care about the students! but even if you go on vacation for the whole week give notice and everything your still required to pay the whole week tuition. The Values they hold are just money money money. They suspended my son for a week with no notice I didn't get notified or anything when I went to pick him up. didn't get an incident report or anything. mind you the child, who has autism for running up the hallway not responding when he never responds. He has autism mind you. and because I asked for a paper to notify my job she put on the paper the family is not returning! because I got upset for not being informed that my child was suspended until I brought him back the following day. As a parent I think that is something that should've been discussed at the time of incident when I picked him up at 11 on Tuesday the day of the situation. not when I am bringing him in on Thursday morning. Talk about lack of communication. It's Insane I'm even going through this. Horrible experience. if your child has any kinds of special needs I would stay far away from this place. From someone else also, Terrible Experience at Bay Vista Learning Center I am extremely disappointed and concerned about my child's recent stay at Bay Vista Learning Center. During their time there, several alarming incidents occurred: Misidentification: My child was nearly given to another parent, which raises serious concerns about the center's safety protocols and attentiveness. Physical Harm: My child came home with bruises, and there was no explanation or communication from the staff about how this happened. Allergic Reaction: Despite providing clear instructions about my child's food allergies, they were given incorrect food, resulting in a delayed allergic reaction. When I addressed this with the owner, Diane, her dismissive response was, "it's not a big deal." These issues indicate a severe lack of care and responsibility at Bay Vista Learning Center. I cannot in good conscience recommend this facility to any parent. Please be cautious if you are considering sending your child here. read more

Yes! This is the place you want your child to be. It's well-organized, with learning targets and lessons always posted, also great communication with email, monthly newsletter and updates etc. It smells amazing! not the usual overwhelming bleach smell, it's a nice clean fresh smell, floral/ fruity. There are themes that change throughout the year and the whole place gets decorated accordingly. The director puts so much time and effort onto every detail. Classrooms are vell worganized and child freindly. Plently of centers and manipulatives for all learing styles. The staff are patient and engaged with the children. HUGE outdoor play area, lots of room to devlop those large motor skills and nice shade for seasonal comfort! I am an educator myself of older children and this is absolutely the place to begin your childs education, social skills etc. My daughter has throughly enjoyed her time here but is now moving to to big girl school, we will miss Bay Vista Learning center. read more

MY BABY WAS GIVEN TO A STRANGER They pay for good reviews and block the real ones but the truth is out there. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW! They are having employees and parents write good review's to help them and cover up the truth. MY BABY WAS GIVEN TO A STRANGER! One week ago today on 6/17 I arrived to the daycare to pick up my 3year old son, when I arrived I went into the classroom To sign him out and noticed that his lunchbox was not in there. I Went to the playground where I normally pick him up from, and when I asked the teacher where he was, the teacher replied that he was picked up by his grandmother. I instantly went into a panic as I had just gotten to the school from his grandmother's house. My heart dropped I began to cry and shake my worst nightmare was coming reality. My son was handed to a complete stranger who took my son out of the school and drove away with him. There was no access to cameras and especially in a situation like this where every minute counts for a missing child The owner didn't even have access herself. There was no emergency policy put into place people were able to enter the building and leave With their children, as I frantically ran around, looking for my son in every classroom outside of the building in the bathrooms. Thank God my son was brought back but this has lead to a road of emotional, mental trauma. My son won't even go to family members who he knows. He won't leave my side at home he cries even if I go to the bathroom and he always says that the "monster" is going to take him again. This is my worst nightmare. The teacher Miss Isabel who failed to properly check the persons ID with a second employee present is still employed and that there shows me how much the safety of my child meant to them. Not even an apology from the Owner DIANE herself who said in front of police officers "THINGS HAPPEN". THIS HAS COMPLETELY AFFECTED MY FAMILY BUT MOST OF ALL MY BABY! Horrible!!!!! Child 3yo given to wrong grandparent! Child gone for over 2 hrs. School didnt call police aunt did. Owner didnt have access to cameras had to wait more time. Teacher still allowed to work there. No protocol in place for a situation like this. Insane!!!! read more

I am recommending this learning center for anyone with young children. My grandchildren have attended this daycare for some time now and I have seen such a wonderful transformation in them. Their educational program is outstanding and the staff really love them and take great care of the children. The center is kept clean and sanitized, they have taken every precaution to keep the children and themselves Covid free! Our 3 yr old daughter has been going to this preschool since she was 1 yr. She (& us parents) love this school. Aside from being very reasonably priced, the owners, director and teachers are wonderful. We chose this school based on word of mouth. All the parents we spoke to in their parking lot sang their praises. The curriculum is spot on. The summer program is great ( Friday water slide days!). And the teachers care so much about us. We volunteer a lot and are always encouraged to ask questions, participate, speak up on any concerns. It truly is a welcoming and trusting family oriented preschool. They offer parents night out, plays, bounce house days, onsite for fee programs such as tumbling and dance, and much more. Highly recommend. read more
