He has groomed our long-haired rescue Dachshund 3 times now. I was very worried about handing her over to him, as she suffers from a great deal of social anxiety and separation anxiety and has been known to growl and snap at strangers. The first two times Roman groomed her, she came out looking beautiful and surprisingly relaxed. I was thrilled. The next time did not go as well, unfortunately, but Roman handled it like the amazing pro he is. He had groomed my dog entirely, but when he went to cut her nails, she had a diarrhea attack in his van. He explained this to me, patiently. I was mortified, but Roman's concern was not for himself or his van, but only for my dog-- he wanted to figure out what triggered her response to make sure it didn't happen again. I feel lucky indeed to call myself a client of Roman and his Dog Gone Clean Mobile Salon!

We elected to go with a mobile groomer so we wouldn't displace the dogs by taking them to the vet or pet store. I have to say Roman made each one feel so comfortable and he did a great job with them. He also surprised each one with a bandana. We will definitely be using him again.

My dogs have always come out looking great, and I've been happy with the work the groomers themselves have done. Unfortunately, the communication and customer service have become so frustrating that I've decided to look for another groomer. Trying to get in touch with the office or schedule an appointment is unnecessarily difficult. It often feels almost impossible to get a response, and when I do communicate what I need, it doesn't seem to be listened to. For example, I specifically explained that Fridays are the only day I'm available, yet I was offered a Tuesday appointment. It's incredibly frustrating to repeatedly explain your availability and feel like the information is simply being ignored. Another issue I constantly run into is that I'll call and leave a voicemail specifically requesting a phone call back, but instead, I receive a text message. Even though the voicemail specifically states if you wanna text ask for a text, and if you wanna call, ask for a call. I understand that scheduling can be difficult and that appointments may not always be available on the day a customer wants. However, there's a big difference between not having availability and not communicating effectively with the customer. I would have been completely understanding if I had simply been told that there were no Friday appointments available. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the difficulty getting help with scheduling have reached a point where it's no longer worth the frustration for me. Good grooming is important, but good customer service and communication are also a huge part of running a business. Sadly, the scheduling and communication issues have ultimately caused them to lose me as a customer.

She acted as if it's was just another day in the office, while this was something sensitive to any dog owner. This is just the beginning. I will not go into details but the procedure was BOTCHED! Do not bring your animals here if you care for them. I'm not longer bringing my dog here and hope no else does either. NO ONE SHOULD EXPERIENCE THIS!!! This vet needs to seriously consider hanging up her coat and stop traumatizing families! Practice for the love of animals, not for a check. I would give 0 stars if I could.....

In the record the receptionist wrote more about me than they did the dog. Wrote awful things about me. The last note said that they told me to go back to my to my prior vet. They said I called irate and that they were going to stop prescribing my dogs medicine because I didn't want to have blood work done. She is 18 and I don't want to put56 her thru the stress of the car ride. I thought what does it really matter about having blood work done. She is 18 now so its just about keeping her comfortable now. She is my bf and I would do whatever she needed. The receptionist wrote all sorts of things. Wish they paid more to my dog than me. The receptionist is also curt, passive aggressive making comments under her breath. I'm deeply disappointed in the behavior they exhibit as well as the care. I liked the vet he was informative. A place like that is replaceable. Many vets around that are good without the problems. It is a competitive market now with 15 vets or so in each town. We have choices not to pay an reasonable amount and have great healthcare for our animals. I am now going back to our old vet, they don't have to tell me twice. Unreasonable receptionist who thinks she is the vet herself.
