I thought it would lighten up after it dried but it didn't, so I think this area just didn't get enough attention. There was also a stain left in one of the smaller bedrooms that I think could've been treated more throughly. I plan to treat these areas myself before moving the furniture back into the rooms where they belong. I still left a tip. UPDATE: the business owner contacted me offering to come back and re-clean the areas. I appreciated them following up and taking the time to address the issue. Two technicians Will and Frank came over and did a great job in cleaning the dark spots and removing the stain in the other room. If you decide to use this business, I'd definitely recommend requesting Will and Frank.

Our couch remained soaking wet for nearly 24 hours after the cleaning. Once it finally started drying, it smelled unpleasant--not remotely fresh or clean. We paid to have our couch professionally cleaned and somehow ended up feeling like it was in worse condition afterward. The lack of care inside our home was also frustrating. The technician put protective booties on, then walked outside across our black bark landscaping and came right back into our home wearing the same booties. That completely defeats the purpose. I gave permission for him to use our kitchen sink to fill the cleaning tank, which was not a problem. What was a problem was leaving puddles of water all over our kitchen counter and dripping water across the floors from the kitchen to the living room. After paying for a professional cleaning service, I had to re-vacuum and mop my living room myself. But perhaps the most disappointing part is what happened afterward: nothing. We reached out about our experience and the company never responded. No apology. No attempt to make it right. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Mistakes and bad experiences happen. How a company responds to them says a lot about its customer service. In this case, there was no response at all. For the money we paid, I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and a clean, fresh-smelling couch. We received none of those things. I would absolutely not use Oxi Fresh again and cannot recommend their upholstery cleaning service.
