I was looking a new carpet cleaning company for our property management business. Thought I would try them at my house first. The carpets were left very wet not just damp. The website said $190 for 2 rooms I was quoted and paid $230 no extras. I had 1 guest bedroom and a large walk in closet as my 2 rooms. There was an area in the guest room that did not come clean noticeably dirty. I was told it was a permanent color change from lighting and there was nothing they could do. The room does not face direct sun light so not sure how the lighting permanently changed the carpet color. I own and manage 112 units so I have heard it all in the past 35 years. Doing fair ethical business goes a long way. Trying to convincing someone of something that is not true to get yourself off the hook and make yourself look good is deceptive and will ultimately harm your reputation. I hope you consider this comment from the perspective as an opportunity to learn and do a better job and protect your business. Do it Green Carpet Cleaning did a very good job in cleaning my carpets. The carpet material is a low pile, is white and is 20 years old. We have always had dogs, mostly older ones as we rescue. Right now we have a 19 year old girl. She does drip on the carpet and occasionally has an accident. Along with other common stains and ground in dirt Do it Green removed everything. I found Do It Green Carpet Cleaning on Yelp. It was the only one I contacted due to the outstanding ratings. Today, Sam, the technician, arrived at our home within the timeframe scheduled. Immediately he greeted me with a friendly, warm, and professional attitude. He listened attentively to my requests and offered appropriate services. He did not attempt to upsell. He cleaned our living room sofa, two side chairs, and a couple of dinette chairs. Now and then, I'd check how things were progressing. His manner of cleaning was meticulous and methodical, ensuring that he covered each area. He was careful not to put cushions or pillows on the floor. I commented on his level of service, and he responded his goal is to do the best job possible. I appreciated that. I asked about a cleaning schedule and maintenance in between professional cleaning. I couldn't be more happy with the work done to clean my porcelain tile and carpet I had not had any professional cleaning since before the Corona virus shutdown so many businesses. Well over 2 years , but no matter how much I mopped, vacuumed and spot cleaned (almost everyday), the stains in the carpet would not come clean, and the grout in the tile turned from a light sand color to brown!
