Kept in touch with me on a timely basis, always on time for on-site appointments, knowledgeable about the roof products and friendly and kind. We were able to get the job done within my time frame. The roofing crew worked from morning until night and they were great! They left no mess or debri in the yard. If you need any construction work done, call Vaz and ask for Elijah. You won't be sorry.

What started off seeming like a good company, ended up not being so good. One guy would be there for three days and then someone new would show up and have no clue what the last guy did. One of the employees painted the bathroom walls without even wiping the walls down after sanding. What a mess and it had to all be redone, which I am sure would not have happened if I did not complain. At one point, I had to tell the project manager that I did not want anyone in my home until I met with him. The lack of craftsmanship, and integrity was upsetting to say the least. Who puts kitchen cabinets in before painting??? Once the job was complete, it took Vaz Construction another month to come back and finish the things that were not completed. Overall the experience was very disappointing, even more-so with the amount of money they charged us for their sub par work.

Rebuild Ex is a company a great morals and Adam Shurtleff is a man with a great heart.  I would honestly recommend this company to anything who needs work done to their home.

My experience after the initial proposal was that this contractor provided minimal supervision, and frequently was not aware of the specific progress of the work. Workmanship was sporadic depending upon the vendor. The company's lengthy response to repairing mistakes in work - and there were at least eight - was less a demonstration of responsiveness than an indication of incompetence. No response from.owner and.CSR was in a meeting At 2:45 got a text they qere not coming today and woukd try agin early next week to get back on island. Temps were n in low 40s at night, 50s daily and i had no heat. Called Climate Care MV. Set up appt for 2 days later, but a guy frred up and was there at 7pm Ran tests, put in a dye came back 6 days later and detected the "Massive leak" in one of bedrroms. Called Senville, found out F&J had tegistered the unit with correct address and email but had someone elses name and phone.number, so we had to correct the registration Shipped unit in 2 days. Climate care installed, recharged, pressure tested and all was good to go with time to spare before 1st renters arrive. Will use Clmate Care moving forward as they are very reliable , thorough and on island. I woukd think twice about using a company for mini splits or any unit that may need routine servicing or emergency servicing that is based off island. Find an onnisland vendor. Sorry F&J but here we are 4 weeks later, no text email or phone call to apologize for completely failing a now former customer ​​

I met this company through AngiesList last year. I used them to complete an HVAC project at our…read morespa. The owner was unprofessional. When he started the project, he left the place messy and I had to clean up after him. All the equipment was all over the place, as you can see in the pictures. I had to collect them and clean everything after he left. These pictures were sent to him at the time. He was extremely aggressive, asking to collect the remaining balance even though the project was not completed. While our spa was under construction, he was overly insistent in wanting to install the unit system even when the contractor advised him to wait. We asked him to wait until the project was completed entirely because we wanted to protect the HVAC units from the debris of the construction. In the end, we let him install the units while the construction was still happening because his behavior was inappropriate, and we just paid him to let him go. We've been having issues with one of the units since May. It had been making noise, and we called him in order to let him know that one of the units wasn't working properly. He said he would stop by to take a look, but never did until June 14th. He picked up the pump and said he would get back to me within 24 hours because the pump wasn't working. I have been calling him since, but he never picked up his phone or called back. At this time, the weather is extremely hot, and our products and guests are both being negatively impacted by the heat. Overall, my experience has been negative.

Aquidneck Services wax on the preferred provider list and they are local for us. The need assessment was done quickly as was the quote. We chose our plan and arranged all the rebate/financial and within a month had the equipment installed. What a change! Should have done it long ago. Thanks to Eddie and Simon for helping with the process (and answering a lot of questions!) and to Tim and Jonah who installed the mini-splits and took the time to ensure the correct placement for max coolness (and also answered lot of questions!) Tim had to determine best placement of outside hoses for the bedroom unit and then make it work. All work looks fantastic! They also offer annual maintenance. We are very pleased with the service.

On top of that, this issue came during a time where the winter season had just changed, and this and other companies were backed up. After calling, Katie explained this to me, and explained that she would contact me back once a slot filled open. She did and a very professional team of two came and looked at the piping a few days later. They explained what they would be doing and went out and bought the tools they needed and repaired the pipe in a few hours. I also had some other unrelated piping issues and the tech was eager to take a look at it for me and attempted to help remedy the situation, and also said he would have his boss provide me with a quote. I will eventually call them again to take care of the other issues, because they were very professional and confident, unlike the 2 other contractors that came by. Great service! Everything from incorrect duct work throughout the entire house, gas lines installed incorrectly, incorrect placement of multiple dampers, Chris not checking on his employee's work, screaming at them the few times he visited, damaged brand-new furnace while installing it, installed Ac condenser on an incorrect pad size, threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay even though it failed the cities inspection.
