They have water and coffee in the lobby. Once you are called back, the staff is just as attentive. They make sure you are comfortable and go over everything before begin any of the testing. The testing is quick, efficient, and so clean!! It's nice to have a facility like this (so we dont have to go to Dallas every time) that has not only the technology but the right combination of people that it takes to run such a place, and that's what sets this place apart from others!! He was calm, articulate, patient, empathetic to my high state of nervousness, and took time to explain the process to me in detail. He even offered to play music, so I asked to listen to his playlist - and it put me at ease. He slowly numbed the injection site until he could proceed with me being comfortable. I felt a slight pressure - nothing else - no pain at all, it was remarkable. Everyone told me it would be excruciatingly painful. It is my experience on 10/21/2025 with Dr. Hoang that he is the physician to request any such procedure. My deepest and most sincere thanks, Dr. Hoang.
