    Scheduled an induction ahead of time. They canceled 45 mins beforehand. Ridiculous and uncalled for. So stressful. No coordination.

She never for once made a statement that showed she believed anything I complained about. She kept insinuating that it was in my head and the employees did not engage in unprofessional behaviors. I told her that if she does not have camera with sound on it then she cannot verify if what I am saying is wrong. She was not there and did not go through what I went through. I have never felt so uncomfortable before in my life and I did not deserve to be mocked and made fun of. All I did was come in for mammogram and was humiliated and used for amusement. Instead of staff working they were preoccupied with socializing and fraternizing. This is unacceptable and management should worry about retraining their staff and maybe employing more professional ones. Instead they don't feel their staff is wrong in anyway and think the customer is the problem! I was not happy with the conversation that Nora had with me and as a manager she is not going to do anything to rectify the situation. Instead she called to offer an insincere apology and told me that she is sorry I felt that way I did. Do better! Pls. Unacceptable!

    Don't bother, just got to touchstone or literally anywhere else. The staff is grossly and…read morenegligently incompetent and rude. 1. I realized I lived closer to richardson location than Dallas, so I called the dallas location where 2 separate doctors had sent orders for 2 separate mri. The dallas people said no problem we confirm both orders have come in and we'll just make it to where you can schedule them at richardson. 2. I call the richardson location they CONFIRM both orders but say there is a problem and they need my doc to send a new fax, so I call my doctor and she sends the order again. I call back and CONFIRM that both MRI are going to be done the same appointment. 3. An hour before my appointment they tell me they're running late and delay my appointment by 30 minutes. 4. When I get there they make me wait 40 minutes AND THEN tell me they only have one order. I tell them that their receptionist had confirmed both orders and the same appointment for both. They do a fake apology of the sorry not sorry sounds like your problem not ours. So I only do the one MRI. The tech was rude and combative and the manager was a spineless mgmt type. 5. To schedule the other one they tell me no location has ever had a second order and that I made a mistake or the doc made a mistake. I call the doctor and they explain with a confirmation number from gateway that the fax had been sent received and confirmed. The receptionist says it was sent to the wrong number which the doctor said to them was given to her by gateway themselves. 6. After I leave they find the order, call me to schedule. They tell me they cant even do that kind of mri in the first place which im pretty sure is a lie because they dont want to see me and acknowledge their mistake given that when I originally scheduled they named both orders and confirmed all the details at that location. 7. They tell me that a survey will follow after they schedule and to stay on the line to give my thoughts and then they immediately just hang up. All around incompetent, lazy, late, and incapable of accountability. As someone with chronic pain and too many doctors this place is more a barrier to health than a credible business. Wasted my time which i dont have enough of and my peace of mind which im trying to get back. Wholly unsatisfactory and the staff should be embarrassed. I will be letting all of my doctors know. Ive never had problems with touchstone and will refuse to go to gateway again. Ridiculous.

Today I was greeted by Evelyn. She was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Bushra was the Xray technician and she was also very friendly and thorough. When given a choice, I prefer this location. It's very convenient, easy access, and plenty of parking.

    Just dropped this clinic because of the WORST office staff EVER! Dr. Johari is a good doctor, but…read moreshe has the absolutely WORSE office staff I have seen in my 50+ years. Set an appointment for a Dr. visit and a possible x-ray from an injury that "might" be work related. This was something for the doctor to determine as there were several variables. Once the nurse heard the word "JOB", she cancelled my appointment. I never got to finish why it might be job related or might not be, as I was at work with my boss in front of me. Called the next day (as they close before I got off work) and was told the nurse was with a patient and she would call back. I stated, I wanted to reinstate my appointment this afternoon and that it was cancelled wrongly. 3 1/2 hours past with no return call. I called back and cancelled a future appointment for a checkup that was over 2 months away (soonest possible date). Less than 5 minutes later, a manager called me to ask why I was cancelling my appointment. That confirmed my opinion that this office is more worried about counting their $$ than helping patients. Over 3 1/2 hours and still counting for a patients health concerns vs. under 5 minutes after cancelling an appointment. My wife left years ago for the same problems. The manager stated that we don't call patients back until the end of the day and that was policy. My wife found that they just don't call patients back unless it was over billing. No wonder so many are demanding free health care. They must all have visited this clinic! All kidding aside, in my opinion, their action proved to me that patients are here to serve the clinic, not the other way around. $$ over patients = Goodbye! Hope all that bean counting over caring for your patients serve you well. I won't be one of them.
