THEY DESERVE A NEGATIVE 5 stars. I get a call from them a week after I take the exam. I called back tho king it was my results, no it was just them trying to set up ANOTHER exam. I tell them I already had one and am still waiting on results. The rep that I spoke with was so useless I hung up. Called back 2 days later and got the same useless rep. She tells me the results were mailed on 7/1, well it's 7/9 and I still don't have them. She says there's nothing else they can do. They can't email them and they can't mail them again. I still have no idea what my results are. I will NEVER have another exam taken here again EVER. read more

Beware!!!! They have incompetent people in these clinics who will take your insurance card, scan it in then have you email it. Then you get a letter a YEAR later saying you owe $723 bc they somehow billed the WRONG insurance. This happened to me. I proceeded to provide the same correct insurance twice...they sent me to COLLECTIONS!!! All bc of their mistake. I filed a complaint with insurance and medical boards in Texas. This is NOT acceptable. As a woman I have to get this yearly and my insurance covers 100%. This occurred at the Garland Tx location. read more

I would not go here. They misplaced my drivers license and insurance card for several minutes, the wait was over an hour, and, after ALL that, I was not able to get the mammogram done because I was never told they needed prior records. Surprised by the poor service - I'd think twice! read more

If I could give this a negative, I would. I had biopsy and had questions about the clip. The "stand in" radiologist did not even take the time to answer the questions. He got really defensive and kept saying over and over, faster and faster, he did things by the book and it was required and kept telling me why it was put in. None of that answered by questions. He then put me "in a time out" before he did the procedure, which just made things worse. I was on the verge of tears and being left in a room by myself without questions was insulting. Before I left, I told him if this was the way he handled women that were there to find out if they had cancer, he was in the wrong field and he had terrible bedside manners. The poor lady that was in the room tried to console me after ward and answer my questions about the clip. Too little, too late. At that point, it was done and I just wanted out of there. read more

I hate to give a one star review but the person who does the check in, needs to check herself. She is extremely rude, and doesn't listen. I should of know this was the case when they have a sign behind their reception desk that states that if you (the customer) is rude or disrespectful to any team member, it will not be tolerated. However it doesn't say anything about them being rude and disrespectful. For someone to throw that sign in my face, "This is why we have the sign, because of people like you" is totally and completely uncalled for. If I can't ask questions as to why you are charging me what you are, then maybe you shouldn't be the one checking people in. I have been a Solis customer for 20 years, but after my visit yesterday, I will not be back. There are many places to get a mammogram, that I don't need to be spoken to like I was when I was already stressed out about having to have a biopsy!! read more

My daughter was already worried about her health and had to have an ultrasound here. One of the associates here tried to force my daughter into having a mammogram that was NOT ordered by her doctor. This person even went around my daughter and called the doctors office to get the order changed into what she had said was their policy. Apparently it is their policy to stress out patients and require them to defend why they aren't doing other tests NOT order by THEIR PHYSICIAN! After it was all straightened out ( supposedly), it was brought up AGAIN at her appointment. Is business so slow you have to hard sell unnecessary medical procedures/ testing? Her doctor ordered an ultrasound NOT a mammogram. Your policy is not our problem. We don't need you to try to escalate our prices or stress levels. My daughter , a nursing mom with three kids did not need that added stress. She also did not need a mammogram , one ... she is breastfeeding, two... her doctor didnt order one for a reason and three...the ultrasound gave us the info we needed. Do better. I would NOT recommend this place unless you want your loved one in tears and stressed out . Doctors, send your patients to somewhere better. read more

Office experience is awful. Questioning me in front of everybody like I was saying something wrong. I don't appreciate the questioning. That's why the tablet is for. I do been coming to this business for years and years and she was so rude in front of everybody that was waiting there. No profesional at all. I couldn't see the doctor just for all the way of insulting me with all those questions and no accepting my info I have for years. What is different nothing of my info is different. Phone hold times are the worst I've ever experienced. Let's you know right away you're not important and hence a loss of confidence. I had a bad MRI so I had no choice but to hold. And while on hold I DO NOT need to hear appts can be scheduled online every 30 secs. Which according to your website is not applicable to me. Why would you schedule someone for an appointment at 2:45 and then when I am called back I have 4 people ahead of me and she claims it will only be about 20 to 25 mins. First off we are in COVID and on top I don't like to sit around in a room full of other women waiting on my exam which again was scheduled at 2:45 and on top of that remind people of wearing mask correctly. read more

I can't say enough about how they don't care at all! When I made my appt for a diagnostic because they saw something in my mammogram at touchstone I called Solis for an appt. I asked her if she could get me in sooner. She said 30 days was the earliest appt. I took that day off from work and got there at 7:20am. I was told they needed the CD image from Toughstone. I told her she had 30 days to call and tell me that. When I made the appt she said the written report from Stonebridge would be enough. She was not going to do the test because I didn't have the images. I got in my car and drove to Richardson to get it. I brought back my images. They did a mammogram and a sonogram by the technician and the Doctor. He said he is going to need my images from 3 years ago. Why wasn't I told that earlier? I again had to get in my car and drive to another place to get those images on CD, I took them back there and they said they wouldn't have time to look at them today. It was only 1:00. I asked her when I would have my results. She said in a couple days. No one ever called so after a week I started calling. The woman at the universal appt number put me on hold to call them. I was pretty upset that I couldn't call them myself. She came back and said they haven't looked at them yet. After this review they called and left a message on my voicemail. She said they didn't get an image for the right breast from Baylor Scott Wite Jekot center in Richardson, they only sent the left breast. They are waiting for them to mail them. I picked up that CD myself and waited about 20 min for it. Why would it take you a week to get it? It's rediculous to say they only sent one breast on that CD and it's not the one with the problem. Now they have tests they took themselves and images from 2 other mammograms. I asked if I could come this Friday. This is Monday. She said the soonest appt is Oct. 29th. I'm not going to wait another month because if the imcompetance of this place. They advertise they do diagnostic tests the next day. Don't believe it. One month each time and I don't know if I have cancer or not. These people don't care. I'm going to get my images from them and go to someone who cares. Please don't go here. Even if you can get an appt. It's horrible! read more

I really liked the ease of online appointments. The girl that greeted me at check in was very sweet and handled multiple patients with ease. I was taken back quickly to a changing area that has lockers for your personal items and clothes. They give you a snap on cape to wear. Shortly after, the technologist came and got me for the actual mammogram. She wasn't overly friendly but explained everything well. I feel like she took the time to make sure the scans were of good quality and didn't rush. I came straight from my gynecologist office to have my routine mammogram so I was wearing deodorant. They did have me use cleansing wipes to remove it before testing. I wish they had deodorant available in the changing room afterward as other Imaging centers do. Overall a good experience and my results were sent in about 48 hrs by email. read more

Horrible Facility!!!! After the procedure was complete the Tech Sam (white female) asked if I needed anything else. I requested to speak with the doctor because of pain caused by my breast size, and she responded saying "the doctor can't prescribe you pain medicine." I looked at her with disbelief that she would insult me like that by automatically assuming that's the only reason I want to speak with the doctor. (what she thinks every black person only comes to the doctor for pain meds) I told her I'm not asking medication!!!! I just can't believe her. I was told I needed additional imaging after having my first mammogram by way of ultrasound, bi-laterally. I was pretty nervous because 3 people in my life have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. The ultrasound tech I had was very professional. The highlight of my visit however was the radiologist, Dr.Stacy Lee! She came in and set down on my level to discuss the findings of the ultrasound. Everything was Normal! I asked her about self breast exam and she took the time to show me the proper way to do one. I work in the medical field and far too many offices are worried about numbers and herding patients through instead of treating the patient!! What these practices don't realize is that we can go anywhere for imaging or medical care!! Service is the point of difference!! Thank you Dr. Lee for your high level of professionalism and exceptional bedside manner!! We need more medical professionals like you that put the patient's needs first..... and by the way this didn't take any longer than a standard visit!! I highly recommend Dr. Lee!! read more

I had a mammogram done just before Christmas, the screening showed some concerns and I needed to have a sonogram done. Dr. Lee took her time with the sonogram and me to be absolutely sure if further steps needed to be taken. During the sonogram Dr. Lee explained each image and her concerns. The sonogram determined I needed to have a biopsy, which is performed by Dr. Lee at the center. I was nervous going in, but once she walked into the room and began explaining what was happening and each step, my nerves disappeared. Dr. Lee and the tech talked with me through the entire 4 hour procedure. I felt no pain during and minimal pain now. Solis will be my go to each year for scans, their entire staff is wonderful and Dr. Lee is absolutely amazing. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option. read more

Do not go in here and expect kindness and help. I was in desperate NEED of a mammogram. Instead of helping me work through insurance issues...I was treated very unkindly by manager miss Carter. This lady needs to go work in a prison or someplace she can talk down to people and get paid. read more

Solis Mammography This review is for Dr. Stacy Lee. Last year, Solis Mammography turned me away for a routine mammography because I did not have a Doctor. I decided to return to them this year and I'm glad I did. The check in process was quick and easy and their "Smart Curve" made the exam more comfortable. I was anxious and nervous. Dr. Lee is a godsend to women needing this procedure and we don't want just anyone caring for our needs. Dr. Lee was warm and personable. She loves her line of work and it shows. Never before have I had a Doctor sit and discuss image results with me; answering any and all questions I had. Dr. Lee made this process less stressful for me personally today. My first time for Mammogram and I couldnt have picked a better place to go. I set up appointment online and had confirmation within an hour for my appointment. Walked in door, filled out paperwork and was called back within 5 minutes. The nurse who did the exam was wonderful. Exam was easy and was not painful at all. I was done and out the door in 18 minutes. Had my results back within 24 hours. This place is wonderful!!!! read more
