All staff members were friendly and courteous, creating a pleasant atmosphere inclusive of listening to a variety of music that encourages movement as staff and other individuals worked together. The place was clean and I regularly saw equipment wiped down after individual use. I worked with Nicole. I learned a variety of exercises to help strengthen areas that support my knees as well as a variety of knee exercises. Nicole is Great! Upon completion, measurements were taken of my flexibility and compared to my flexibility during my initial appointment. I reached my expected milestone, and as their custom, I got to ring a gong as the staff cheered for me. I now maintain better health concerning my knees by doing of some of the exercises that I learned. Thank you, Nicole, and Results Physiotherapy.

I have done a LOT of physical therapy in my life. I have had 5 spine fusions and 2 other back…read moresurgeries before those fusions. This is my favorite place. This time, I am going because of knee pain. I put off addressing the issue because it felt silly. I tend to "push through" pain, work it, and it will ease off or go away. THAT has NOT been the case this time. No. My knee has decided that it requires a little more attention. Hmph. I had an X-ray done and it showed that everything was "fine". But an X-ray only demonstrates what the BONES look like; not the ligaments. A CT has been ordered, but I want to wait to see what PT will do. The problem is that I have an incomplete spinal cord injury, and minimal use of my right leg and foot. Therefore, I can't drive. I am only able to get to physical therapy once a week when my husband is able to take me. Results Physical Therapy was able to accommodate me with 1 remote PT appointment per week as well as one in the office. COOL! Not only that, they were able to get me in quickly for BOTH appointments. While I do have a spinal cord injury, permanent nerve damage, permanent dysfunction, and other fun junk, because, let's face it, I'm an overachiever and when I mess things up, I GO BIG! I am ALSO active. I walk 4-5 miles a day with our equally hyperactive dogs, I swim in season for 90 minutes a day, rarely missing as I am CERTAIN I must have born with gills, hiking, canoeing, and I can start free weights now that I am cleared to do so as per my neurosurgeon. I am very protective of my left leg because of the lack of function in my right. This issue with my left knee is just NOT going to work. I tried everything on my own- taping it, swimming, cutting back on exercise and walking- nothing worked. I am so happy I found this practice. Kassandra is my PT person and she is as hyper as I am. We are a good fit. She sings, she dances, and she is FUN. She explains the exercises clearly, and sends me home with "homework" after each session. I work with Jessica for remote appointments and she is also amazing. I do the exercises each day- incorporating them into my regular exercise in the morning and then, in the evening, just working my hips, legs, and knees. I'm already getting better! I need to say, I have NOT had good experiences with most of the places I have been to for PT. This? This is amazing. I highly recommend them. The energy of the practice is good, the physical therapists are really nice- all of them, and the patients are heard. Compassion is the name of their game. They have a new system for checking in at the desk. You need to put your information in on the computer, the screen is LARGE, and wide. There were patients that didn't like that everyone behind them can see their name and birthday. Here's the deal, if you stand right in FRONT of the screen, no one can see your information. Before this, it was on a clipboard anyway, and for everyone to see! For the first person in the seat across from the screen who *might* be able to see? They were averting their eyes anyway. The other patients I have met are all extremely kind as well. No worries. I prefer this than to have my information on a sheet. My thanks to this office, the receptionist, Kassandra, Jessica, and all the other physical therapists there who make the place what it is. PT is often HARD. It's important to have people who make it fun and who use compassion as well as kindness and humor.

The scheduler is completely disorganized…read more First off, their hours are incorrectly listed here. She said they're only open three days a week, and close at 2:30 pm. I called on 4/1 and was told I could come on 4/3, or the week of 4/15. I chose 4/3. I spelled my name for her twice since she took it down incorrectly the first time. She called back afterwards saying she hadn't taken my name down. I reminded her I had even corrected her, and she remembered and apologized. Then I got an e-mail confirming 4/5. I called back and she said that was a mistake and I'm scheduled for 4/3. I couldn't find the place on 4/3, and called. She said I'm scheduled on 4/10, which wasn't even available when I first called. I actually never got a confirmation for either day. In each interaction I asked about paperwork she said she would send me. Of course I still haven't gotten it.

You have your Therapist's full attention, for a full hour, and more importantly, they actually care! I've made great progress, but am far from finished, and my therapist has given me ideas as well as various bands to use on an upcoming rather lengthy road trip. They reassess periodically so that you can see the progress you've made, as well as sending that information to your physician. Friendly, extremely professional. In my opinion, the best in Austin.

I have a great aftercare plan as well. I loved the location, ease and cost (free!) of parking. The environment was professional, but really fun. Mostly, I'm grateful that I was in good hands (literally!) and the result was extremely positive. My review is actually overdue for many months. I was a return patient of Endeavor, one word that…read morecan explain everything about Endeavor Physical Therapy at this location is UNPROFESSIONAL, plus Poor Management. Although almost everybody here were kind of friendly, it wasn't worth for your $30 co-pay at all. Your section wasn't never over 30 mins and most of the time they let you doing some light exercises on your own, which didn't do a thing to help you getting better. I had a tennis elbow on both of my arms and after being a guinea pig by having them trying on which method might have helped me, I found that dry needling was the best way to help ease my pains. Normally, my PT was Zach who was best on the dry needling here. Amy was very nice, kind, and considerate, but she could do only 5-6 needles on one arm at a time while Zach could do up to 10 needles for both arms. However, there was something very weird here. Zach who normally had been my PT here. When I was a return patient, I had a very hard time making an appointment with Zach. Importantly, they always lied to me when I confirmed that did I make an appointment with Zach. The first two visits I was assigned to a trainee, which I had no problem with, but turned out that she couldn't do a dry needling, which I already specifically asked for. Moreover, Zach had never come to supervise his trainee. The 3rd appointment, again I got confirmed that my appointment was with Zach and it was around the Christmas Holidays. When I showed up and got a register done, they had me waited for 10 mins before telling me that "Amy"?? was ready and I could walk to her. I walked to Amy who was still busy working on her patient, so I waited 15 mins more and started feeling this wasn't right. Thus, I started to walk away, and then Amy rush to me and said if you needed a needling, I could do it now. Yes, she was rushing put 5 needles on my arms without checking the tenses positions then turned on the machine for like 10 mins and then her another patient showed up. Yah, they charged your $30 copay for just 10 mins working on your problem and then got the payment from your insurance. Such a wasted of 30 min- waiting. Unfair and Unprincipled and So unprofessional to having you make an appointment with someone who never showed up or never intended to take care of you. Even more strange when Zach showed up during my 2nd appointment to have a conversation with Amy about why another patient needed to specifically asked for him? Right, I wished Amy could do 10 needles at a time and did a great arm massage as well as Zach so that I wouldn't need to make an appointment for "him", who indeed used to be my regular PT. After experienced 3 lies and paid $30 copay for a 10 minute-section, I felt no more. Then a week later, I got a call from Endeavor and instead of asking me what went wrong. The operator left kind of a threatening voicemail that if I didn't make a new appoint in one week, they would close my account! I was not even sure that this was ethical for this practice since my new PT place confirmed that it needed me to have no schedule for 90 days before they would close my account! I was actually thankful of Endeavor's unprofessional since it made me looking for a new PT. My new PT, Austin Sports Medicine, is better than Endeavor in every way. The 1st time I was there, they already had a goal set for me to get better in 3 months and explained to me what was their action plan. They are very professional and systematic. The operator was also professional, polite, and kind. At Endeavor many times, you couldn't find the operator or cashier and PT would simply tell you that you could pay the next time. At Austin Sports Medicine, I was introduced to another technique of dry needling called Pistol and was the best. My strapping pain was completely gone and they put me on the real and effective arm exercises, supervised closely by PT every time. Additionally, I didn't need to confirm or said anything. They knew the right practice to do by scheduling me with the same PT every time. Nothing Personal or Emotional. Also, I got Notes from my visit reminding what the exercises I had done today. Moreover, they kept all the tools in place and your PT didn't need to walk around in order to find some tolls as Endeavor. Office Surrounding and the PT's desks & beds were as well nicer and cleaner than Endeavor. Additionally, they had lockers for you to keep your belongings. I was more than happy to NEVER EVER get back to Endeavor.

Within 6 sessions, Dr. Lily was able to not only teach me exercises to increase mobility and strengthen my weaker areas, she fixed my technique on the lifts that were causing me the most pain (because I was doing it wrong). In addition, Dr. Lily provided great resources for hypothyroidism and nutrition.
