Bruno and his guys have worked on a few of my cars. My grandmother introduced me to the shop in the 90s. Took my Grand Cherokee for the brakes, oil change and a check engine evap system problem. The brakes and oil were done on day one. They got the evap system fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. I have heard nightmare stories about the evap on Jeeps. I have owned two Hummer H2 SUT Limited Editions and Bruno has been my mechanic since 2006. He has taken care of every single problem I have ever had fast, excellent price, right the first time, and he goes the extra mile! In 2007, my Hummer stopped working while was picking up my kid from daycare. He drove to the daycare and drove my car back to his shop. Recently he gave me his truck to use while he fixed another issue this past year. I have many more examples like this I could share! Bruno is a true Houston GEM! About 3 years ago I moved from Houston to Conroe and took my car into Firestone because it was overheating and Firestone told me I needed a new engine (after they replaced $1,000 in parts). I towed my car from Firestone in Conroe to his shop in Houston and I did not not need a new engine! I needed a new water pump. He figured it out right away. Saved me $6,000 Firestone was trying to bill me! Bruno has also worked on my Mazda Miata. I didn't drive it much and it would sit for years sometimes. The last time after sitting for about 5 years and having it towed into his place Bruno got it working in no time and the cost was less than $300. He is a very honest mechanic, a great person, with an honest staff as well. I will never bring my car to another mechanic as long as his shop is open! I really can't say enough good things about him! He is honest, smart, and will figure out your car's problem on the first try! Also my old neighbor now takes her car to him as well. She is 75 and lives right around the corner from his shop. The splash guard Under my car was hanging from flooding that happened a couple of weeks back. They fixed it easily and initially for no charge. I also got an inspection done which didn't take long. There was some inconsistency with the pricing. After I got the inspection they added the charge for the splash guard. I would have liked if the decision was made firm but it was a small fee.
