I…read morereceived a call stating that the key to my vehicle had been misplaced and that I would need to provide a spare. I explained that my company only issues spare keys in emergency situations and asked if he could continue searching for the missing key. Instead of addressing the issue, he responded dismissively, telling me to stop focusing (dwelling) on the key and implying that if my vehicle had been in an accident, it wouldn't be in the shop. I reiterated that it is the shop's responsibility to keep track of the vehicle key. He then replied, "Well, I won't have it until next week." He then intentionally hung up on me while speaking. Additionally, I was informed that the necessary parts are on backorder, meaning my car will not be repaired anytime soon. Overall, my experience was very unpleasant, and I would strongly advise against using this shop. The owner seemed very prejudiced as well. If you're an organization with a fleet of vehicles. Leo immediately threw his hands up and said "I'm now lowering shit my price is my price I put mad time into this." Not only did he create a new $600-$800 problem on top of the $1,600 but he didn't have the decency to speak to me like a gentlemen, just threw his hands up and walked away. Ironically enough, I called around and found out that this has been the theme with Leo lately, overcharging and never taking accountability. If this was 2-3 years ago, I'd recommend him all day.
