    Tremendous garbage that workshop work badly This is incredible, I took my car to this place to have a good job done and what they did to me was nonsense. It resulted in a bent bumper, bent fender and when I drive my car it is misaligned to the right. I wanted the bumper fixed but just glued it. They did a terrible job for me and apparently the owner does not know how to talk like people because she has a bad attitude. I went to complain about something and she went the other way, she doesn't know how to talk like a decent person. I don't recommend this business because they do not know how to work, it's garbage of a workshop. If I could give it zero stars I would be very honored. Take a look how my car turned out. My car had a right side accident and it is bad to drive. They do not know about the mechanical damage, just skinning and painting. They kept saying that my car no mechanical damage when I had proof. They act like they are mechanics, as if they are mechanics, they're rats.

    Amazing and efficient service! Staff was incredibly patient and understanding with the process and car rental situation. The work done took longer than expected but the results came out amazing, just like brand new. Would definitely recommend them and if needed, I'm for sure coming back. Thanks guys

    Before

    I couldn't be more pleased with the shop and the experience. Beyond the extremely detailed and professional work done on my car (see the before and after photos), the shop staff is so pleasant, kind, and accommodating. They worked with the insurance company directly and took care of everything. In addition, I asked them to work on other body issues with my car (regardless of my insurance claim) and they also did a fantastic job with a fair price tag. I hope I won't need any more car repairs in the future, but if I do, I'm just happy I can come back again to a place I can trust.

    New hole scrapes

    Update: they have fixed the damages they made to my car. They have also fixed my side mirrors and detailed the inside and replaced the door rubbers. I am happy with the latest update. I brought in my car June 4th because i ended up scraping the front bumper area on the passenger side, tail light, and back door area of driver side while going into a narrow driveway. I used them because they are part of the Geico express program. They told me the car was ready on June 13th but when i went to pick up the car, some of the scrapes were still there. They apologized and told me they will contact me when the car is completed. Today, June 17, I got the call. The bumper area they "repaired" had weird black scrapes on it that they fixed it while I was there. The driver side door is broken with the paint peeled off and their are more scratches on the passenger door. Also, the fromt and back door colors don't match. I paid $500 deductible and they took $3k+ from my insurance to ruin my car. They thought I wouldn't see the damage. Really unhappy with their service

    We were involved in a car accident and our car lost the whole front bumper and a few other things were damaged. Our car was fixed in about 2 weeks and we were always able to communicate with them if we had any questions. Great customer service!

    I made an appointment through my insurance carrier. This appointment got cancelled 3 times with no…read morecall or text to let me know. When I inquired I was told that the part was now on back order. I requested calls from management through social media and direct phone calls, no response. I requested a lead time on part restock, no response. It has been nearly 3 weeks still awaiting a response. Do not utilize this business beyond unprofessional.

    Terrible from the minute I walked in... no one was at the desk waited for at least 20 minutes for…read moresomeone to help me. I did make/have an appointment and arrived early to check in. Check in was fast no issues. Then a service attendant came out to talk to me at which point I was already waiting for 35 minutes to let me know it would be a long wait. I did tell him I had no choice but to wait. I am at least 30 miles from home and do not have another means of transportation. The at home service was not available in my area. I have to honestly say if I didn't pay for this through my insurance I would definitely have walked out already. I am writing this review as I go into a 4 hour wait time. Ridiculous. Schedules need to improve for patron satisfaction. I can't even commit on the quality of the work since I am still waiting. Don't book a service unless you seriously have all day to sit in a waiting area with no heat. It's freezing! It's still winter here in New Jersey you need to put the heat on. Not good !!!!
