Their attention to detail was exemplary. My surgery went so well I woke up to them singing and humming to the music that I requested. My pain was managed so well that as soon as I felt like my prescription wearing off I could just rinse with the solution prescribed and take more medicine and boom no suffering at all. Nobody will be waiting (for a reason). The dentist himself seemed very friendly and has all these photos of him on TV shows so i was duped. I had to see the dentist because I broke a back molar. He told me I needed a crown and I went ahead. He also told me I had to pay cash separately because my insurance didn't cover it. After he injected my face with so much anesthesia I could barely walk home. Once i got home and the Novocain wore off I realized the dentist ground down the WRONG TOOTH! When i told the doctor what he did, he said he decided to work on a different tooth instead (that one already had a crown before too). Fast forward I get better insurance but I know better by now so I checked with my insurance he is listed as a dentist in the group and that crowns are covered by insurance 100% So when I called first the receptionist tried to say my insurance doesn't cover it I stopped her and said don't do what I think your about too. Then I informed her about how so many people say the office is a rip off trying to bill insurance companies but ALSO get cash from patients when the services are covered 100% When she heard what I found out and how I wont accept that as an answer she turned her story around and said he isn't accepting new patients....lol I wasn't a new one. Everyone was very polite and nice. My first visit so you have to fill out paperwork which took about 15 minutes. Cleaning and initial exam took about two hours. Not bad as they seem very busy. None of my wait times were bad at all. They call you and text you to remind you of your appointment the day before. Definitely worth the trip.

I was told I was receiving zirconia veneers, but instead I was given a much cheaper material. Within only 3 months, one tooth cracked, and the second cracked about 8 months later, and now I am dealing with tooth decay as well. Before this, I only ever had one root canal at 12 years old and never had ongoing issues with my front teeth. On top of that, my insurance was billed for procedures and services that I believe were inaccurate and misleading. While my insurance was active, the office was willing to work with me. The moment my insurance ended, they refused to properly address or fix the work they had done, despite my repeated calls and text messages explaining the situation and the pain and decay I was experiencing. The front desk staff were also consistently rude and dismissive whenever I tried to get help. After months of trying to resolve this directly with the office, I was forced to hire a lawyer. This experience has been extremely stressful, painful, and expensive. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask detailed questions about the materials being used, get everything in writing, and carefully review what is being billed to their insurance.
