They are currently having major A/C issues with many of the apartments. They have a very incompetent maintenance crew. I put in a work order for a water leak from a/c unit in the downstairs bathroom. 2 weeks have gone by with no maintenance coming by to see or fix the problem. Your electricity bill will be high, mostly because of outdated A/C and water heater and paper thin windows. The two good things a bout this place are the backyard and garage. The rooms have everything we need, and the beds have all been comfortable. We like that we have little kitchens to make small meals in. Let's be honest though we don't cook much when we have so many good restaurant choices. Melissa is a kind and wonderful host. Barney the loveable dog is always by her side welcoming us. We really wouldn't stay anywhere else given the things we need are all here. We've even had family stay here. It's clean, its affordable and it is two blocks from the beach.

The management team, especially Jasmin has been wonderful and the maintenance guys are all awesome. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, they couldn't have made this move easier for us. The ground and amenities are well taken care of, even the 2 dog parks are well maintained. Lots of lights and gated community that makes you feel very safe.
