Do not recommend Your Comments Our stay was not the best…read more The building was very dated and lacked curb appeal. Upon arrival it was very confusing of where to go check in. The room lacked any appeal. Decorations on the wall were hanging lopsided, bathroom door was damaged and very hard to shut. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It had a waterproof mattress cover that made horrible sounds anytime you moved on the bed and the sheets seemed to not fit properly and kept coming off. The noise around us from other guest was horrendous. The people above us made loud noises all through the night and even next day. The pool hours were to shut down at 10pm but that was not enforced. We heard children horse playing and screaming way into the morning hours. We ended up checking out 2 nights early. We called to speak with the manager as she was not available when we checked out - we were told to call back after 3:30PM that day. When we called and spoke with her she told us there was nothing she could do.

Informed her that was not acceptable and what's the solution since I was not going to disappoint my grandchildren planned vacation and to find me a place, reimburse for the difference?? What's the solution? She lied about calling sister properties, gong to have "John" manager call which he didn't. Take away..beware to have a back up plan or DONOT book with this corporate mess! Stay local and friendly! CCMS...do better! You should be ashamed of yourself and representing Port A..terrible disaster!

There are 2 well maintained pools and the staff is friendly and helpful. Another great thing about Coral Cay is it's great location, it's in town and close to the resturants, shopping, marina and parks.

Gulf Shore Villas is a true find. It's a sanctuary of apartment living. From day 1, I have loved and appreciated it . It's a small property with beautiful apartments (1,2, and 3 bedrooms) that have been perfectly designed and feature upgraded fixtures, all with a spacious patio or balcony. The amenities include a swimming pool, playground, dog park, fitness center, laundry center, and outdoor grill area. The pool may be the nicest pool I've ever experienced in an apartment complex. It's open year round, gated, and consistently well maintained. And, unlike previous complexes I've lived in, they always work! Just as maintenance is consistent and competent. The residents are great. They are respectful and take pride in their homes. And, this is all due to one person, Amanda Rivera, the property manager. Amanda is amazing, no exaggeration. She is the most capable, professional, kind and compassionate property manager I've ever met. Always goes above and beyond for her residents. Warning: because it's a small property vacanies are rare. But definitely worth getting your name on the list. Now, there is a 3/2 available, but I'm sure it will go fast. Also, the location is perfect. Rockport is such an amazing town and Gulf Shore Villas is located 5 minutes from the center, the beach, etc and 1 mile from the highway.
