We used self checkout and it took less then three minutes total to pick up our item and leave. The store felt clean, smelled nice, and the service was helpful and kind. I had a very disappointing experience with Lowe's door installation service. The caulking was done poorly and looks extremely unprofessional. During the installation, they nailed into the new door frame and left visible nail holes. When I asked about patching and painting those areas, they refused. The overall workmanship was far below what I expected, and the job was not completed to a finished standard. I now have to hire another professional to correct and repair the issues caused during installation. I would strongly recommend using a company that specializes specifically in door installations rather than going through Lowe's. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and costly. read more

Great store when you don't need any help. Curbside is a joke - it took 30 minutes to get my order and that was after I sent inside to ask twice. Sales / install is amazingly disappointing. The salesman, Raffie, is a true salesman in that he doesn't tell you all the details, makes promises that don't come true, and drops communication with you once the bill is paid. The 800 numbers are infamous for poor connectivity and long waits- confirmed by Raffie himself! We got a patio door installed and it looks unfinished. There's scratches and caulking patches. I am 1.5 years still without a completed kitchen & their arbitration agreement is a scam. -July 2024 ordered cabinets with Sue for a small kitchen and no change in footprint. -once cabinets were in, I saw the numerous 3" no use space gaps. I lost at minimum 15" of cabinet space in my already small kitchen. -air insert ventilation, I now know, they are a standard size. Sue ordered too small of a cabinet for above my stove. -wrong pullout ordered & in lieu of doing what is right by ordering the proper one, they decided to change the inside and it does not pull out properly. Been waiting for reorder since October 2024. -Sue ordered too small of sink basin-this was corrected quickly. -Cabinets do not sit right. -their contractor, Ariana, is awful. Does bare minimum and puts things in correctly up in lieu of telling me, the wrong pieces have been received. Very lazy is Frank from Ariana. -Frank broke my water line from my refrigerator and they had me pay $500 for a plumber. they only have reimbursed me half since Oct 2024. -Sue's manager nor anyone from management team ever called or came over to look at the disaster despite endless emails and talking their installation person endlessly on a recorded line. read more

On May 11, 2026 I went to this store to purchase a countertop microwave oven and an older sales clerk named James who was manning the appliances section of this store processed my transaction. I chose the microwave that I wanted to buy and pointed out to him which box to load into my cart. The box happened to be behind another box on the floor and he was upset that he had to bend over to pull it out. I was willing to pull out the box myself to help him out but he signaled me to step back. He picked up the box and slammed it into my cart and gave me a bad look. I am told by Lowes contact service provider that there is a leak under my Lowes purchased and installed dishwasher where the water hose connects in. The service people do not do any plumbing. Lowes 5 year extended warranty people say that they don't cover the Lowes hose or installation an that I need to arrange for my own plumber at my cost. Never, ever again. We ordered a stacked washer-dryer to replace the old one. They were EXACTLY the same measurements. Lowe's strapping, young delivery men said they couldn't get the old one out of its closet or put the new one in. They said we had to demolish the closet first. And they left. So, my husband (75 years old) and I (70 years old), dragged it out ourselves. Funny how we oldsters could do it when the youngsters couldn't. We also scheduled someone to measure our apartment for interior and exterior doors and closet doors. After changing our schedules, and one day before the date, we get a text saying they don't service Rossmoor, our senior community. Well, the washer/dryer still standing in my living room says they do. Finally, I waited 30 minutes at the paint counter to match some chips, but the worker who eventually showed up said he couldn't do it, and that I had to find the closest matches from the wall of samples. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERED PRODUCTS FROM LOWES Took delivery of a refrigerator ordered from lowes on 6/3/24. Lowes contracts delivery to a company called Maersk, who subcontracts the actual delivery to a local hauler called Wryght transportation. The delivery driver Keenan Wright and his associate damaged my hardwood floors on delivery and left before we noticed the damage. I called Lowes, who opened a claim with Maersk, who passed the case to Wryght. After providing documentation of the damage, Wryght offered to repair the floors. Because of the nature of the floor (original Oak floor) I declined and insisted that a professional do the repair. I obtained 2 estimates and submitted them to Maersk & Wryght in amounts between $5-7 thousand dollars. At this point they opened a claim with Progressive insurance, who denied the claim based on the delivery person stating they did not damage the floor. At this point I have no other recourse except to open a claim on my homeowners insurance and get a possible increase to my policy. read more

We bought a kitchen sink and paid for installation. We were told the installation would happen within a week at most, but probably within 48 hours. We got a call from the installer saying he'd be out on Sunday, exactly one week from the day we bought the sink, to measure the sink (don't know why he would need to do that, since we had already done the measuring and bought the appropriate sink). He didn't show on Sunday. We called him and he said he was only going to call to make an appointment for the following Wednesday or Thursday--going on two weeks after we bought the sink. And this isn't for installation--just some kind of measuring, even though we measured the area and bought a sink that will fit. At this point, we're going to call an independent plumber to see if we can get someone out to install the sink. I'm sure we'll have trouble getting the money back that we paid for installation, since this is obviously not a reputable company.
