His shop is not one of those shops that is constantly recommending things that need to be done that don't really need to be done immediately. His business is totally honest. His front of the house staff are knowledgeable, with good personalities and you really get the feeling that they take great pride in their jobs. So yes, I'm talking about Mark and other people who handle Mike's car business along with him, but even the people that work as cashiers are excellent as well. So I went back again recently for a simple oil change and was charged $112. Thought that was high but I just shrugged it off as a result of these inflationary times. I then got a quote of $160 to replace air and cabin filters. They had to be ordered so I said I would be back when called. On my way home I stopped and got quotes in a place close to my home. They quoted me $60 for the oil change and $100 for the filters. That's a difference of nearly $100 for those routine services! I don't know about you, but I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. The new owner needs to do a reality check if he wants to keep the "old" and any new customers.
