I checked google to see when they were busy today. According to google this Thursday morning was…read morenot busy. I called that morning to see if they could add refrigerant to our Honda CRV. They recommended a full check of our Honda CRV AC system, which I agreed to because the refrigerant may have leaked out. They said I could drop off our Honda CRV anytime this morning. I dropped off our Honda CRV around 9:30 AM on a Thursday. Jenn Newman, the service advisor at the counter, was very friendly. There were no other vehicles in the parking lot so I thought this morning was a good day to drop off our car. My friend drove me to and from this place so I could leave our Honda CRV here for repair. My friend said usually there are more cars in the parking lot so I guess I picked a good day to bring in our car. The technician Jared said he did not detect any leaks. Jared replaced 10 ounces of R134A refrigerant at $4 per ounce or $40 total. Labor was $79.95. The dye was $6.49. My total bill was $193.52 after a $5 discount. I would highly recommend this service center. The staff here are very friendly. I will return here for any future car service. So far after one month our Honda CRV AC has been working fine.
