So I went back again recently for a simple oil change and was charged $112. Thought that was high but I just shrugged it off as a result of these inflationary times. I then got a quote of $160 to replace air and cabin filters. They had to be ordered so I said I would be back when called. On my way home I stopped and got quotes in a place close to my home. They quoted me $60 for the oil change and $100 for the filters. That's a difference of nearly $100 for those routine services! I don't know about you, but I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. The new owner needs to do a reality check if he wants to keep the "old" and any new customers.

They recommended a full check of our Honda CRV AC system, which I agreed to because the refrigerant may have leaked out. They said I could drop off our Honda CRV anytime this morning. I dropped off our Honda CRV around 9:30 AM on a Thursday. Jenn Newman, the service advisor at the counter, was very friendly. There were no other vehicles in the parking lot so I thought this morning was a good day to drop off our car. My friend drove me to and from this place so I could leave our Honda CRV here for repair. My friend said usually there are more cars in the parking lot so I guess I picked a good day to bring in our car. The technician Jared said he did not detect any leaks. Jared replaced 10 ounces of R134A refrigerant at $4 per ounce or $40 total. Labor was $79.95. The dye was $6.49. My total bill was $193.52 after a $5 discount. I would highly recommend this service center. The staff here are very friendly. I will return here for any future car service. So far after one month our Honda CRV AC has been working fine.

I can't say enough positive things about this repair center. I had damage to the front bumper…read morecaused when backing away from a concrete parking space and catching on a metal spike and pulling the plastic underneath the front of my Mercedes breaking connection points holding the underside and bumper to the chassis. Showed up at 8:15 am unsure whether expensive parts would be required for a repair. The technicians found creative ways to fix the problem without new parts.
